投稿成功经验介绍 祝福+几篇论坛投稿至接收全过程 小弟我是做阵列信号处理及在雷达、声纳、通信领域的应用，目前在ieeetrans/letters，ieeproceedings，elseviersignalprocessing/digitalsignalprocessing，电子学报，电子与信息学报，通信学报，航空学报等期刊都有过灌水的 记录ms我们这个领域不是很讲究if，周围的很少谈论if的问题，我也偷偷查过我发表文章的期刊没有if>1的那些高if大 牛们别笑话小弟哈9月份以来又启动了新一轮灌水，在这里为自己祈祷一下，希望能再中个三五篇的 1、ieeejournalofoceanicengineering，目前状态waitingforpotentialreviewerassignment 2、ieeeantennasandwirelesspropagationletters目前状态awaitingreviewerscores 3、ieeesignalprocessingletters目前状态inpeerreview 4、ieeetransactionsonaerospaceandelectronicsystems目前状态修改一次后又underreview 5、ietsignalprocessing目前状态underreview 6、ietradar，sonar&navigation目前状态underreview 7、ietelectronicletters目前状态underreview 8、elseviersignalprocessing目前状态requiredreviewscompleted 9、scienceinchina：f目前状态外审中 10、ieeetransactionsonantennaspropagation目前状态上传中 小弟明年就该滚蛋了，将来可能不再从事科研工作了，曾经在小木虫潜水，收获颇丰，现在把几篇文章的投稿经历拿出来给大家分享。

paper#1我个人最欣赏的一篇paper 1、2021年8月定稿后，投向了我们领域的topone期刊，ieeetransactionsonsignalprocessing 2、2021年11月，收到decisionletter >dear...，>>iamwritingtoyouconcerningtheabovereferencedmanuscript，>whichyousubmittedtotheieeetransactionsonsignal>processing.>>basedontheenclosedsetofreviews，thismanuscripthasbeen>rejectedforpublication（**seenotebelowaboutattachments）>becausethispaperisnotsufficientlyrigorousmathematically>andisonlysupportedonsimulations.>>thankyouforconsideringieeetransactionsonsignal>processingforpublicationofyourwork. 四个审稿人分别给了rq，rq，r，r的推荐，具体意见加起来有10几页，指出了里面的理论分析不是很严格，存在一些问题，但还是有一些内容得到了肯定。

与老板讨论后，决定换一个期刊，改写一篇理论部分弱化的版本投稿 3、经过近1年的修改，2021年10月，投至ieeetransactionsonantennasandpropagation 4、2021年2月收到decisionletter这次的意见很糟糕，感觉审稿人完全不懂文章的内容审稿人1说他曾经看过类似的 idea，但却没有指出在哪篇文章或哪个期刊看过审稿人2就更加奇怪，文章中方法的优点被他说成了缺点尽管这样 ，我还是认为这篇文章能在ieee的期刊发表，被拒了两次，只能再投了 5、2021年2月投稿至ieeetransactionsonaerospaceandelectronicsystems 6、2021年7月，收到审搞意见意见不是很糟糕，一个审稿人给了具体的修改意见，另外两个审稿人肯定了其中贡献没有给修改意见ae让修改后再投 7、2021年9月再投稿至ieeetransactionsonaerospaceandelectronicsystems 8、2021年12月，收到decisionletter dear...， yourmanuscripthasbeenevaluatedbythereviewers.iwouldlikeyoutopleaseexaminetheattachedcommentsandmakeallneccesarychangestoyourmanuscriptpriortoitsresubmittal.yourmanuscriptisstillinlinetobepublished.inresubmitting，pleaseprovideadetailedlistofallchangesmadeinthemanuscript，keyedtothepageandlinenumbers.pleasebeawarethattheresubmittedmanuscriptmustbeuploadedwithin180daysofthisemail，andthatamanuscriptreturnedlaterthanthatwillbetreatedasanew（notrevised）submission. 9、2021年12月，修改后投至ieeetransactionsonaerospaceandelectronicsystems。

这次写了个comment给ae thankyouverymuchforsupervisingthepeer-reviewprocessforthismanuscript.inthepreviousroundofreviews，themainrequestistoshortenthemanuscript. thiswehavedone：theabstractisreducedby77%from13linesto3lines.theintroductionisshortenedby60%from2.5pagesto1page.thetheorem-proofstructureisremovedinsectionv.thebibliographyisreducedby54%from39to18entries.theentiremanuscript（notcountingthecoverpage）isreducedby35%from17pagesto11pages. iftheassociateeditorconsidersitappropriate，wewouldappreciateiftheassociateeditorwouldmakeafinaldecisiononthismanuscripthimself，withoutanothertime-consumingroundofpeerreviews. manythanksandmerrychristmas. 10、2021年12月，查看状态时发现变为manuscriptreadyforpublication。

第一次外文投稿，从第一次投稿到最后接受，历时2年多，换了3个不同期刊，经历过投稿-拒绝-修改-投稿-拒绝-投稿-修改-修改-投稿-这么多过程，收获还是很多 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% paper#2自己独立完成的一篇，老板没有进行任何修改发表在elseviersignalprocessing上 1、2021年5月，完成后投稿至elseviersignalprocessing dear...， yoursubmissionentitled”...”hasbeenreceivedbysignalprocessing. 2、2021年8月，收到decisionletter dear...， yourmanuscripthasbeenreviewedandiamenclosingthereviewers’commentsbelow.basedonthereviews，ihavedecidedthatthemanuscriptmustundergomajorrevisionbeforebeingresubmitted.ifyouarepreparedtoundertaketheworkrequired，iwouldbepleasedtoconsidertherevisedmanuscriptforpublication. 编辑给了大改的机会，两个审稿意见都很到位，特别是第2个审稿人，用word写了足足5页纸，包括我每一步公式的推导，和符号的错误等等都指出来了。

3、按要求修改后2021年9月再次投到elseviersignalprocessing 4、2021年12月，收到decisionletter dear...， yourmanuscripthasbeenreviewedandiamenclosingthereviewers’commentsbelow.basedonthereviews，ihavedecidedthatthemanuscriptmustundergomajorrevisionbeforebeingresubmitted.ifyouarepreparedtoundertaketheworkrequired，iwouldbepleasedtoconsidertherevisedmanuscriptforpublication. 还是原来的审稿人，第一个已经没有意见了，第二个又发现了公式推导中的问题，让修改 5、2021年1月，修改后投到elseviersignalprocessing 6、2021年4月，收到decisionletter dear...， reviewershavenowcommentedonyourpaper.iampleasedtoinformyouthatyourpaperhasbeenacceptedforpublicationsubjecttominorrevisions.foryourguidance，thereviewers’commentsareappendedbelow.pleasesubmitarevisedmanuscriptincludingaletteraddressingthecommentsandindicatinghowthemanuscripthasbeenrevised. 换了一个审稿人又审了一遍，这次还好，只有一些小的修改意见，ae给了小改。

7、2021年4月，小改后投到elseviersignalprocessing 8、2021年4月，finaldecisio。
