肾癌组织中Wnt5a表达和其临床意义[摘要]目的探讨Wnt5a在肾癌组织中的表达与 病理意义以及对肾癌细胞增殖及侵袭潜能的影响，为寻找肾 癌有效的治疗途径及预后判定指标提供依据方法对43 例肾癌组织标本和11例正常肾组织标本中的Wnt5a mRNA和 Wnt5a蛋白表达水平进行检测，分析肾癌组织Wnt5a mRNA表 达与临床病理特征的关系，及Wnt5a蛋白表达与预后的关系 结果Wnt5a mRNA和Wnt5a蛋白在肾癌组织中的阳性表达率 均显著高于正常肾组织(P 2.2肾癌组织Wnt5a mRNA表达与临床病理特征的关系在肾鳞癌组织中，Wnt5amRNA表达明显升高，与腺癌相 比，差异有髙度统计学意义(P [6] Shen X, Li D,Li H, et al.
