      服装的画面,可以是漫画卡通,真人素描,亦可以是风景、图案或装饰纹样;可以是故事片段配上文字,亦可以是顾客自己的所爱图片加真情告白只要是可以绘画的,无论国画效果还是油画效果,基本都能在文化衫T恤衫上呈现出来简单的说,服装上有手工绘画图案的服装就称为手绘服装二)团队概述1、团队名称:手绘衣族2、团队口号:手绘衣族,时尚无限3、团队成员:李婷、曹亚利、向燕芸、丁泓月、乔强龙(三)市场环境和竞争优势1、市场环境在前期营业中,我们的市场主要集中于本校学生,类似的创业机构相对较少,市场环境良好,前景广阔在后期营业中,我们的市场不断向外扩大,环境容量也不断扩大,产品发展路径也不断增多2、竞争优势在前期营业中,我们以学生为市场主要来源,竞争压力小,并- 2 -且学校能提供部分有利资源,优势明显后期营业中,随着竞争压力不断增大,我们也不断扩大市场来源,仍然有较有利的优势四)经济状况和盈利能力预测我们前期营业中,盈利不明显,投资较多,成员都为在校大学生,拥有的经济基础薄弱,能提供的资金有限甚至不足,需要得到学校方面的支持与赞助而在后期营业中,盈利额相对增多,基本可以填补投资空缺,相对经济状况也有明显改善,资金周转也开始得心应手。

      随着团队的壮大,盈利能力也不断加强,经济状况也逐渐好转 3 -二、项目简介(一) 运作过程批发空白 T 恤,购买画笔和原料顾客自己绘制(是否参考模板)顾客挑选模板或提出设计要求,我们加工对现有衣服加工,赚取手工费自己加工(适用于小量零售)找厂商代理加工(适用于团购)现场绘制 带回去绘制(二)产品介绍成品顾客- 4 -众所周知,年轻人喜欢追求新鲜事物,而对于时尚,我们也有着自己的向往手绘 T恤,作为一种独特的视觉符号,因其个性十足已经逐渐在年轻人中流行开来一件独具特色的 T恤衫,可以体现出穿着者的品味和性格,可以借此向周围的人传达一个想法、一种品味或是价值观而且,我们给了顾客不同寻常的得到商品的方式,由自己亲自动手绘 T恤,让他们在得到商品的同时也得到了快乐,在这个过程中我们卖的是不仅仅是商品,还有快乐和过程我们的最终的主营产品是个性时尚的手绘 T恤,我们的辅助经营商品是空白 T恤、手绘鞋、手绘包包、手绘袜子、手绘抱枕、手绘钱包、时尚套、颜料、画笔、调料盘等相关商品三)项目发展方向及发展愿望经多方面的查资料,分析得出如下结论:本行业在经济发达的省份和地区发展迅速,追求时尚潮流的年轻人正在逐渐成为这个行业的主要消费人群,关注这个行业的人员越来越多,连儿童也加入到了 DIY手绘 T恤的行列。

      我校长期在校人口约 3万人,并且各种团体众多,比如班级、寝室、社团等,因此,本行业不仅能满足个人需求,而且能够满足团队需要此外,我校没有任何相关性产业,市场空白,基本上不存在什么竞争力基于以上背景和原因,我们团队为了给湖北师范学院追求时尚的年轻人提供一些便利,我们做了这个项目一期主要是以在大学校园销售手绘 T恤为主,以其它周边产品为辅目的是引导更多的- 5 -人了解 DIY,使他们也追求这种时尚的表达自己个性的方式二期扩大规模,联合厂商,对产品实行批量管理及规模生产三期将服装租借列入经营范围,我们不仅可以针对个人,也可以面向各社团和各组织租借手绘相关产品,而且可以租借正装,满足本校学生的多元化需求四期,扩大营销范围,在宣传的基础上,在本市各高校以及本市区内开设分店,同时,在网上开设网店,将销售范围扩展到全国 三、市场调查和分析(一)目标市场定位与分析手绘 T恤比较能代表年轻人时尚、有个性的特点,且价格大众化、贴近生活,故将产品定位于广大校园学生,后期发展到校外年轻人市场二)市场容量估算和趋势预测1、市场容量估算一期主要面对我校学生主要是有相关需求的消费者我校现有在校大学生近三万人,而大学生又是追求时尚、潮流、个性的主流人群,且本校范围内这一产业目前来说较为空缺,但据目前调查来看,市场需求量非常之大,例如庞大的情侣市场、各个寝室、班级、相关团队等,接着将产品范围将扩展到 T恤之外例如个性礼物、鞋帽等,由此将吸引更大的市场需求;二期将进行厂商联合,联系好相关生产厂家,接受批量生产订单;三期则将扩展到其他衣物的租- 6 -赁,由此市场将扩大到演出服装租赁行业,此时可以利用比同行业更低的价格吸引更多顾客;后期团队大范围扩展到整个黄石市区以及网店,带动更广范围的消费。

      假设按没做宣传时,知道我们的产品并且希望购买的大学生的比例为 5%,那么我们就有 1500左右的客户经过宣传之后,假设宣传效果不是太好,仅仅把希望购买而且能够购买的同学的比例提高到 25%;假设宣传好的话,把想购买而且有能力购买的同学。
