1Trados 使用方法1. 什么是 tradosTrados 是一种计算机辅助翻译（ CAT: Computer Aided Translation）软件，它也称为翻译记忆（TM：Translation Memory）软件什么是翻译记忆？简言之，就是将译员做过的工作，用 Trados 提供的工具存储起来，放到其主要的句料库 (记忆库)中，在进行翻译工作前，公司文员会利用公司历史记忆库对需要翻译的文件进行分析处理，只要是记忆库中有的，Trados 就会自动将其翻译出来，完全相同的句子，在Trados 中称为 100%完全匹配，我们通常将其翻译出的 100%完全匹配的译文字体设置为蓝色字体类似的句子，在 Trados 中称为非 100%完全匹配，它用一种称为模糊匹配的方法，给出参考译文，我们通常将其翻译出的非 100%完全匹配的译文字体设置为红色字体，让译员去选择、修改2. 什么是 trados 格式文件含有 trados 标记的文件称为 trados 格式文件，它通常有三部分组成： trados 标记、原文、译文如英文：“The system and its components supplied to meet this Technical Specification shall also conform to the applicable requirements of these and other general articles or specifications of the Tender Documents”.经 trados 处理后的格式为：The system and its components supplied to meet this Technical Specification shall also conform to the applicable requirements of these and other general articles or specifications of the Tender Documents.其中“” 即是 trados 格式，紫色字体“” 代表该句话与文件库的匹配率（0 表示该句话与记忆库的匹配率为 0，1-99 表示该句话与记忆库的匹配率为 1-99 之间，100 表示该句话与记忆库的匹配率为 100%完全匹配；使用时通常将匹配率设定为 75-100 之间，即只有当所用记忆库中的句子与所需翻译文件中句子的匹配率达到 75 或以上时才将其翻译出来，低于 75 的均视为匹配率为 0） 。

“”前面的字体下面带有虚线，是可隐藏部分，即为 trados 所处理文件的原文，翻译时切记勿对此部分进行任何改动，紫色字体“”后面的字体下面没有虚线，是不可隐藏部分（实体字部分） ，即为 trados 翻译后的译文当所翻译的句子与所用记忆库的匹配率为 0 时，表明所用记忆库中没有与所翻译文件的匹配率能达到最低设定值（通常为 75）的句子无论汉译英还是英译汉，凡经 trados 处理后的文件，都会有三种情况出现，具体如下：a) 英译汉：1) This specification covers the complete service air system and instrument air system for satisfactory operation of the Power and Desalination islands. （匹配率为 0 或低于最低设定值）2) 在机组所有运行模式和维护期间，使用气动机械工具、扳手等所需的厂用空气 （非 100%完全匹配）3) 所有气动设备、仪表和控制仪器所需的高纯度、无油、不含水仪用压缩空2气 （非 100%完全匹配）b) 汉译英：1)卖方必须保证提供符合本技术协议书和相关有效、最新工业标准的高质量产品,同时应满足中、印双方的合同和技术协议的要求，如有差异，以中、印双方的合同和技术协议为准。

3) 将 2 句合为 1 句的句子拆分成 2 句如：The consumption of air is mainly intermittent. Therefore, the air receivers together with the distribution pipe work shall serve as a pressure accumulating system against pulsation and allows for short time peak consumption without the need of a compressor start 明显能看出上述两句应为 2 句，但 trados 却将其识别为 1 句，这时我们需要先将 1 句拆分为 2 句再进行翻译，即：The consumption of air is mainly intermittent. Therefore, the air receivers together with the distribution pipe work shall serve as a pressure accumulating system against 3pulsation and allows for short time peak consumption without the need of a compressor start.注意：为避免出错，可按如下操作进行：先将该句子紧随其后复制一句。
