    • 易挥发有机物排放废气量的计算易挥发有机物排放是指无集中式排放口的一种排放形式这种形式的排放量计算与集中式排放计算是不同的,现加以介绍1.有害物质敞露存放的散发量计算有害物质敞露存放时,由于蒸发作用,不断地向周围空间散发出有害气体和蒸气,其散发量可用下列公式计算: Gs=〔5.38+4.1V〕PH·F·〔M〕0.5式中,Gs——有害物质的散发量,g/h; V——车间或室风速,m/s; PH——有害物质在室温时的饱和蒸气压力,mmHg; F——有害物质的敞露面积,m2; M——有害物质的分子量; 5.38、4.1——常数由物理化学可知,各种物质的饱和蒸气压力随温度而改变,它们之间的关系如下: lgPH=〔-0.05223A/T〕+B式中,T——有害物质的绝对温度,K; A、B——常数,可从一般的物理化学手册中查取,表1列出了常见有害物质的A、B值表1 常见有害物质A、B值物质名称分子式AB苯甲烷甲醇醋酸甲酯四氯化碳甲苯醋酸乙酯乙醇乙醚C6H6CH4CH3OHCH3COOCH3CCl4C6H5CH3CH3COOC2H5C2H5OHC2H5OC2H5341728516393244615033914391935110323025467747962686388028715800483309010772091352.液体〔除水以外〕蒸发量的计算本计算方法适用于硫酸、硝酸、盐酸等酸洗工艺中的酸液蒸发量的计算,其计算公式如下: Gz=M〔0.000352+0.000786V〕P·F式中,Gz——液体的蒸发量,kg/h; M——液体的分子量; V——蒸发液体表面上的空气流速,m/s,以实测数据为准,无条件实测时,可查表2,一般可取0.2-0.5; P——相应于液体温度下的空气中的蒸气分压力,mmHg。
