During new vehicle developing project and vehicle upgrading project, DRE is the PDT leader for related products. n针对特殊问题,如工艺问题、供应商质量问题及商务问题等,也可以成立PDT,制造工程师(ME)、供应商质量工程师(SQE)、采购员(Buyer)等将是相应 PDT领导者 To special issues such as process issues, suppler quality issues, business issues and so on, PDT can be built. And ME- Manufacturing Engineer, or SQE- Supplier Quality Engineer, or Buyer will be the related PDT Leader.谁来建立和领导谁来建立和领导PDT? Who should initiate and lead a PDT? nPDT应按需要建立,不需强制建立,如 PDT’s should be formed as needed, not forced. Future Product Program PDT should be established at gate ASI or VPI depending on the Program VDP.
