    • 基于结构方程模型的高校教学满意度研究基于结构方程模型的高校教学满意度研究河南财经政法大学 王轶材、王倩、李圆圆摘摘 要要为高校教学质量和人才培养质量的提高提供参考,对高校教学满意度和学生参与度进行调查研究在参阅大量文献基础上,采用利克特量表( Likert Scale) 技术,设计了有针对性的调查问卷,并运用分层抽样和简单随机抽样的方法搜集数据,分析教学满意度的影响因素文章对调查对象按性别、年级、专业类型进行探索性统计分析,样本数据满足独立同分布的抽样要求对教学满意度影响因素的 16 个观察变量,根据量表内容构建教学态度、教学技能、教学内容、教学方法四个潜变量;对教学满意度的 7 个观察变量构建了教学满意度、学生参与度两个潜变量,然后运用结构方程建模(SEM)技术建立全模型进行检验,得到了影响教学满意度和学生参与度的定量分析结论模型整体拟合优度指数达到要求,观察变量指标效度和潜变量构建信度均较高,获得了与理论假设一致的结论文章首次引入学生参与度这一潜变量,并研究了教学满意度与学生参与度之间的关系结果表明,教学态度对教学满意度的影响最大,教学内容和教学方法对学生参与度影响较大,学生参与度对教学满意度有一定的影响。

      在结果分析的基础上,对高校教学质量和学生学习质量的提高以及管理部门工作改进提出了对策建议关键词:关键词:教学满意度;学生参与度;影响因素;结构方程模型1AbstractThis research is designed for guidance for improving the teaching quality of universities and the quality of personnel training; meanwhile, the teaching satisfaction level (TSL) and student involvement level (SIL) are investigated. On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures, and by applying the technique of Likert Scale, we have designed a specific questionnaire; moreover, stratified sampling and random sampling method are used for gathering data and analyzing the factors relating to TSL. The research grouped by sex, grade and course, are analyzed by Exploratory statistical analysis. The sampling data meets the requirement of independent and identically distributed. For the 16 observation variables that influencing the teaching satisfaction level factors, 4 latent variables (teaching attitudes, teaching skills, content of courses and teaching methods) are constructed by the scale content. Two latent variables (teaching satisfaction level and student involvement level) are constructed By using the 7 observation variables of TSL. Then, by applying the SEM, full model is designed for testing, which gives the outcomes of the quantitative analyses of the factors affecting TSL and SIL. The model is complied with required Goodness of Fit. The validity of observation variables is high as well as the reliability of latent variables. Therefore, we obtain the conclusion that is consistent with the theoretical assumption. This report has first introduced the latent variable of student involvement level, and clarified the relationship between TSL and SIL. The conclusion shows: teaching attitude is the most influential on TSL; the contents of teaching and teaching method are of comparatively large influence on SIL; and SIL has some moderate effect to TSL.
