    • 毕 业 设 计EQ5050 汽车五档变速器设计教 学 系: 汽车工程系 专 业: 车辆工程 摘 要本设计的题目是为中型载货汽车东风 EQ5050 设计变速器该变速器为五档变速器,其中包括五个前进档和一个倒档采用先进的整体式中间轴结构,三叉轴远距离操纵换档机构,使用锁销式同步器换档该变速箱结构紧凑,体积小,传动效率高,有较大的速比范围,具有很好的经济性和动力性设计说明书包括以下一些内容:1. 绪论;2. 结构方案论证及选择;3. 变速器传动参数设计与计算,其中包括中心距、档位数,最大、最小传动比的确定,齿轮各参数的选择与计算,轴的直径的选择,最后还有精确的配齿;4. 同步器设计理论及参数的确定;5. 齿轮的强度校核,轴的强度和刚度校核,变速器中渐开线花键和半圆键的校核,轴承寿命的校核;6. 变速器工艺性与经济性分析;7. 列出本次设计的参考文献最后是对本次设计的感想和对指导教师的致谢关键词 传动比;中心距;同步器;强度;刚度;寿命AbstractThis paper is mainly about the gearbox design for EQ5050. The gearbox includes 5forward gears of speed, and one reverse gear. It uses advanced intermediate axis of the overall structure, proposes three-pronged axle remote control shifting gears agencies, and its shift organization uses lock-ring synchronizer. The transmission is cohesive, small size, has high transmission efficiency and has a good fuel economy and power.This paper mainly consists of under mentioned chapters:1. Introduction;2. Model comparison and selection;3. Parameter selection and calculation, Including shaft distance,the number of gears, the determine of the largest and smallest gear ratio, gear various parameters choice and computation, axis diameter`s choice ,the final allocation of accurate teeth and so on;4. Synchronizer design theory and and determination of parameters;5. Check the intension of gears; Check the intension and rigidity of axles; Check the intension of splines and woodruff keys; Check the lift-span of bearings;6. About the technical characteristics and economy properties of the gearbox;7.
