Cautions about accumulator 蓄电池 注意 ! The ‘+’ and ‘-’ poles of accumulator must be clear before changing accumulators or using other assistant powers. ‘+’ pole of new accumulator or assistant power should be connected to ‘+’ of the old one,the same as the ‘-’ pole. If the poles are connected wrong,serious damages even fires will occurred to the circuits and generator! 更换蓄电池或使用其它辅助电源起动发动机时,必须将蓄电池“+”、“-”接线柱辨别清楚后, 再把蓄电池“+”、“-”接线柱上的连线分别接到新蓄电池或辅助电源的“+”、“-”接线柱上,绝对不允许接反;否则将引起烧毁线路和发电机的严重后果, 还可能引起火灾! 1.1.2 Generator 硅整流发电机 This generator uses silicon diode as commuting component and changes mechanical energy into electrical energy. When the generator works properly, it can provide power to electrical equipments and provide the extra power to accumulator as storages as well . 硅整流发电机是用硅二极管作整流元件的发电机,作用是将机械能转变成电能,正常工作时,一方面向用电器件供电,另一方面将多余的化学能供给蓄电池储存备用。
1.1.3 Main Power Switch 电源总开关Cautions: While the engine is running, it is forbidden to shut off the main power switch.If it is done like this,the connections between accumulator and generator will be destroyed, the generator will lose a good smoothing element.The instant high voltage will puncture the adjustor and the semiconductors inside the generator and cause the damage of generator. 注意:当发动机运转时,绝不允许切断电源总开关,否则将损坏发电机(和调机器),因切断后,蓄电池与发电机之间的联系被切断,发电机失去了一个良好的滤波器件,但发动机仍带动发电机发电,瞬间的过电压将击穿调节器和发电机内部的半导体元件。
1.1.4 Ampere Meter 电流表 Ampere Meter is used to indicate the power conditions of charging and consumptions. The hand of Meter leaning to ‘+’ means charging , the hand leaning to ‘-’ means consumption. If the hand leans to ‘+’ while the power is consumed, this means that poles of Meter are connected wrong and needs to exchange. When the main power switch is turned on, it is ok if the hand leans a little to the direction of ‘-’. If the hand moves to the bottom of the direction of ‘-’, it means that the circuit must be grounded. The main power switch should be shut off at once and switches on again only after having found and resolved the problems. 电流表是原来指示充电和用电情况的。
一般,指针偏向“+”,表示发电机给蓄电池充电;指针偏向“﹣”,表示蓄电池向用电器件供电若偏向“+”为用电的话,则电流表正负极接反了,应对换正负极的接线合上整车电源总开关,驾驶室仪表板上的电流表指针向“—” 方向稍微偏转是正常情况若电流表指针向“—” 方向偏转到底,说明电路有接铁故障应立即切断电源总开关,寻找并排除故障后方可再合上 1.1.4 Ampere Meter 电流表After starting the engine, the hand of Ampere Meter in the cab leans to ‘+’ in a certain time,it means that the generator is charging the accumulator.The deflection angle of the hand is wide at the beginning and then reduces gradually. If the circuit is under light load or no load,the hand of the Ampere Meter deflects lightly or does not deflect at all.This mean that the power system works rightly.If the deflection angle is always in wide position,this means that there are something wrong with the circuit.If the engine works properly and the hand of Meter leans to ‘-’ indicating discharging,the problem is that the generator does not charge or there are something wrong with the Ampere Meter.发动机起动运转后,在一段时间内,驾驶室仪表板上的电流表指针偏向“+”,表示发电机向蓄电池充电,开始偏转角度大,随后逐渐减小,在电路无负载或轻负载的情况下,电流表指针偏转很小,甚至不偏转,这说明电源系统正常。
若电流表指针偏转角度一直较大,表示电路有故障若发动机已正常运转,而电流表指针仍偏向“—”,指示放电,最大可能是发电机不发电,其次就是电流表本身有故障 1.2 1.2 Start-up Unit Start-up Unit 起动部分起动部分Including 包括——1.2.1 Starter 起动机1.2.2 Igniter 点火开关 1.2.1 Starter 起动机 In fact, the Starter is a series excitation and DC electromotor. 起动机实质为一个串激直流电动机,将电能转为机械能,用以起动发动机 Cautions about Starter! 起动机起动机 注注 意意 ! The Starter is designed according to interruption work and the current may reach several hundreds Ampere please pay attentions to the following : 由于起动机是按短时间断续工作而设计的,且工作电流达数百安培,所以应注意以下事宜: l The duration of starting should not exceed 5 seconds. Only after 3 minutes stop, you can restart the engine, otherwise the lives of the accumulator and starter will be shortened or be terminated. 每次起动时间不得超过5秒,重复起动应停歇3分钟以后进行。
否则将缩短蓄电池和起动机的寿命,甚至当场损坏; Cautions about Starter! 起动机起动机 注注 意意 !l In cold winter, start the engine after preheated or according to the instructions of starting engine in cold weather. 在寒冷的冬季,应待发动机预热后再起动,或严格按冷起动操作规程起动 l If the engine can not be started for three times, stop operations and inspect the troubles at once. Restart the engine again only after all troubleshooting. 若连续起动三次都失败,应立即进行检查,待故障排除后再起动l Loosening the starting switch at once after the engine was started in case of any damage to the starter. Do the same thing at the driller’ console.起动后应立即松开起动按钮(或旋钮),避免损坏起动机。
司钻控制箱上的起动按钮操作也应如此 1.2.2 Ignition Switch 点火开关 Its function is to switch on the Starter.At normal condition,the ignition switch can be pressed down or circumrotated easily and can spring up automatically without any block after loosening hand. If there are something wrong with the switch,it should be repaired or replaced.If the switch can not spring up automatically,it may destroy the Starter. 它是用来接通起动机的正常情况下,起动按钮应能轻松地按下(或旋转),松手后应立即自动复位,不得有卡阻现象发生,如有异常应予修理或更换,否则将影响起动;若按下(或旋转后)不能自动复位,有可能损坏起动机。

This is normal. 由于高压汞灯固有特性,当电压波动太大时,会自行熄灭,随后又自行发亮,应视为正常。
2. After the upper mast has been in position,someone should climb to the top of lower mast and insert the safety pin as well as the explosion proof plug for the upper mast.Pull out the plug before withdrawing the mast. 当井架起升就位后,随即上井架,将锁销耳板安全销插入,并插上上体电源防爆插头;放倒井架过程中时,在上体完全收回到下体内之前,要上井架, 拔掉上体电源防爆插头.。
