一、负责组织编写公司培训教诲中长远发展规划,拟订年度培训工作和预算筹划,在厂务后批准后组织实行二、指引各部门和车间制定多层次培训教诲筹划,并监督检查其实行状况三、负责合理安排培训资源,对全厂专兼职教师进行合理分工,并适时聘任外部教师授课检查教师培训质量和教学效果四、组织收集、筛选、编写、翻译、审校各类培训教材和资料负责收集国内外公司培训信息资料,追踪其动态,分析总结既有培训政策效果,提出改进征询意见安全监察室培训工作职责 在分管安全副总经理领导下,负责公司员工教诲培训管理工作:一、依照车间申报培训需求制定我司年度、月度职工教诲培训筹划,经公司分管领导审核报股份公司人力资源部批准后组织实行二、负责新入公司大、中专生、工人、转岗工人、岗下工人岗前培训三、负责我司员工外出培训及脱产办班培训有关工作四、负责组织开展我司员工“三大规程”、岗位业务理论知识和实际操作技能等寻常教诲培训工作五、负责组织开展我司员工岗位技能竞赛、职业技能签定等工作六、负责我司员工新知识、新技术、新理论更新教诲工作七、负责我司所有员工安全资格证培训取证工作八、负责对车间职工培训进行检查和考核工作安全监察室主任岗位责任制在公司分管培训副总经理领导下,负责全公司员工教诲培训管理工作:一、工作任务1、认真贯彻我司年度培训筹划、教诲方针目的实现,检查我司安全教诲规章制度、政策决策执行状况。
2、组织领导完毕我司安全教诲培训、岗位培训、外培进修、现场问答、三大规程等工作3、负责对兼职教师寻常工作考核4、准时完毕领导交办其他暂时任务二、安全责任1、加强对我司员工安全教诲,提高人员安全意识和自保能力,保证责任范畴内安全监督到位,杜绝业务保安责任事故发生2、在分管培训副总领导下负责制定年度培训筹划,年度教诲筹划,适时修订对分管业务考核原则三、质量责任1、全面开展质量管理工作、“三位一体”工作,不断提高业务管理水平2、负责组织分管人员业务理论学习,提高业务素质,保证工作质量3、加强自身业务学习,经常进一步生产现场,掌握运营检修状况,保证安全生产四、经济责任1、带头力行节约,减少开支,完毕厂部下达费用承包指标2、加强贵重物品、教学仪器管理,避免因工作失误导致损失五、精神文明1、搞好本单位人员政治理论学习,加强职工思想道德修养2、廉洁自律、以身作则、搞好勤政廉政工作3、树立一切为生产服务、一切为基层服务思想,遵守纪律、爱岗敬业专职培训管理人员岗位责任制在安全监察室主任领导下,详细负责公司职工教诲培训工作:一、工作任务1、协助主任完毕贯彻我司年度培训筹划、教诲方针目的实现,严格贯彻我司安全教诲规章制度、政策决策。
2、在主任领导下完毕我司安全教诲培训、岗位培训、外培进修、现场问答、三大规程等工作3、负责对兼职教师寻常工作考核4、准时完毕领导交办其他暂时任务二、安全责任1、协助主任加强对我司员工安全教诲,提高人员安全意识和自保能力,保证责任范畴内安全监督到位,杜绝业务保安责任事故发生2、协助主任制定年度培训筹划,年度教诲筹划,适时修订筹划、考核原则等三、质量责任1 、协助主任全面开展质量管理工作、“三位一体”工作,不断提高业务管理水平2、负责组织业务理论学习,提高业务素质,保证工作质量3、加强自身业务学习,经常进一步生产现场,掌握运营检修状况,保证安全生产四、经济责任1、带头力行节约,减少开支,完毕厂部下达费用承包指标2、加强贵重物品、教学仪器管理,避免因工作失误导致损失五、精神文明1、协助主任搞好本单位人员政治理论学习,加强职工思想道德修养2、廉洁自律、以身作则、搞好勤政廉政工作3、树立一切为生产服务、一切为基层服务思想,遵守纪律、爱岗敬业岗前培训制度一、参加岗前培训人员上、下班时间同上大班人员一致安全监察室负责对培训人员劳动纪律进行考核二、参培人员不得随意迟到、早退或旷课,否则记“三违”一次。
旷课按旷工解决三、参培人员应服从安全监察室安排,自觉参加培训活动或我司安排各类劳动或活动,否则按有关规定解决四、参培人员应自觉遵守培训课堂纪律,维护课堂秩序上课期间发生违背课堂纪律状况,视情节轻重记三违一次,罚款10-100元情节严重同步按关于制度执行五、参培人员应爱护公共财产,损坏公物照价补偿参培人员应自觉维持教室卫生,每天下班前应按值日安排打扫教室卫生否则处10元罚款六、转岗培训时间为一周,实习期间与技术纯熟工签定师徒合同,合同期为三个月;新招聘员工岗前培训时间为两周,实习期间与技术纯熟工签定师徒合同,合同期为半年;七、培训、实习期满后,由安全监察室进行考核,考核不合格继续接受培训,合格后方可上岗培训资料管理制度一、培训专职管理员负责培训书籍、音像制品、文献、档案等各类培训资料管理工作二、培训资料实行合理编号,分类保存,并建立资料目录,实现资料保管规范化三、培训资料外借需经分管培训领导批准,由培训专职管理员办理检阅手续后方可借阅四、依照工作需要发放培训书籍或资料,应由培训专职管理员填写培训书籍、资料发放登记本五、培训专职管理员应做好培训资料如试卷、题库等保密工作六、定期检查资料做好防水、防腐、防虫、防盗、防尘、防火工作。
培训学员管理制度为加强对培训班学员管理,保证培训质量,特制定本管理制度:一、培训学习期间学员不得迟到、早退和旷课迟到、早退一次罚款10元;迟到、早退超过30分钟按旷课解决,旷课一次罚款50。
