      2 引用文件 JJF 1001 通用计量术语及定义JJF 1059 测量不确定度评定与表示 JJF 1071 国家计量校准规范编写规则JJF 1101 环境试验设备温度,湿度校准规范JJF 1525 氙弧灯人工气候老化实验装置辐射照度参数校准规范GB 4793.1 测量、控制和实验室用电气设备的安全要求IEC 60904-9 光伏器件-第9部分:太阳模拟器性能要求IEC 61215-2 地面用光伏组件-设计鉴定和定型 – 第2部分:测试程序IEC 61345 光伏组件的UV测试使用本规范时,应注意使用上述引用文献的现行有效版本3 概述光伏组件用紫外老化箱是模拟太阳光光谱里紫外部分的装置,配合适当的温度(通常为(55~65)℃)用于考核光伏组件抗紫外辐照能力的试验其计量特性包括紫外辐照的波长范围、规定波长范围内紫外辐照度、紫外辐照度不均匀度、紫外辐照度不稳定度和试验箱内温度4 计量特性4.1 通用技术要求 紫外老化箱应具有设备名称、型号、仪器编号,生产厂家等信息 紫外老化箱设备仪表按键和现实功能正常,各个光源应能正常点亮并稳定工作,光源玻壳表面和箱体内壁应洁净无污染。

      4.2 紫外辐照度示值误差即: (1)式中:W——紫外老化箱的紫外辐照度指示值;W0——被测量的实际值4.3 紫外光谱分布 紫外光谱分布测量的下限不高于250nm,上限不低于400nm分别计算(320~400)nm波段,(280~320)nm波段和280nm以下波段的积分辐照度占整个测量波段范围积分辐照度的比例4.4 紫外辐照度不均匀度指定测量平面上受到的紫外辐照度的空间不一致性,按如下公式计算: (2)式中:Wmax——紫外老化箱内指定测量平面上测得的紫外辐照度最大值;Wmin——紫外老化箱内指定测量平面上测得的紫外辐照度最小值4.5 紫外辐照度不稳定度在指定测量时间内指定测量平面中心点上受到的紫外辐照度的时间波动性,按如下公式计算: (3)式中:wmax——在指定测量时间内指定测量平面中心点上测得的紫外辐照度最大值;wmin——在指定测量时间内指定测量平面中心点上测得的紫外辐照度最小值。

      4.6 紫外老化箱的温度偏差即: (4)式中:t——指定测量时间范围内紫外老化箱的温度指示值的平均值;t0——指定测量时间范围内紫外老化箱内中心点实测温度的平均值5 校准条件5.1 校准环境条件校准均应在下述条件下进行: 环境温度(25±5)℃,环境相对湿度≤70%RH 紫外老化箱内设定温度:60℃5.1.3 紫外老化箱内指定测试面的实际紫外辐照度:不超过250W/m2 准备工作:紫外老化箱开机后正常工作至少30分钟,待设备稳定后进行后续测量 其他条件:电网电压波动符合紫外老化箱和检测设备的使用要求,无影响其正常工作的电磁场、机械振动;校准地点应无影响辐照度和光谱测量的杂散光5.2标准器及配套设备5.2.1 紫外辐照度计紫外辐照度计的工作温度上限应高于65℃校准紫外辐照度计时采用的上一级标准光源的类型应与紫外老化箱内紫外光源相一致其余技术要求参考标准ISO 93705.2.2 光谱仪光谱仪的性能要求:最小光谱测量范围:(250~800)nm;波长误差≤1 nm;波长分辨率≤1 nm;采样间隔≤1 nm。

      5.2.3 温度测量设备温度测量设备由温度传感器和显示仪表组成,时间常数应小于15秒,温度测量准确度应≤0.2℃6 校准项目和校准方法6.1 准备紫外老化箱应满足5.1条件后再开始校准6.2 外观检查 用目视和手动检查内容包括:制造厂名或商标、出厂编号、仪器名称、型号;灯管玻壳无发黑,通电后各个灯管均正常点亮;辐照度和温度测量和显示装置能正常工作6.3 紫外辐照度示值误差如图(1)所示,将UVA和UVB紫外辐照度计分别垂直放置于指定测试面的中心点,直接测得UVA和UVB的辐照度,按公式(1)。
