IWV signed a MOU with Technion, Israel and a number of Israeli companies registered Chinese branches in IWV in 2013. 2013年底，产业园公司初步完成 战略布局，4-2-5生态系统概念正 式成型 The concept of 4-2-5 Ecosystem was determined by the board of IWV in end of 2013. 2014 园区大事记 Events（2011-2013） •园区占地380亩，建筑面积45万余平方米 •计划分两期建设完成，其中首期工程190亩，建筑面积约28万平方米，已于2013 年9月动工兴建，将在2016年建成； •二期将于2020年建成 •The overall land area of the park is 253,460 square meters and floor area of 450,000 square meters. •The whole construction is planned to be completed in two phases. The first phase has land area of 253,460 square meters, building area of about 280,000 square meters.
