既保障了供水安全，又节约了能耗排水系统：本设计采用污废水合流排放体制管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管，升顶通气方式，为此可进一步提高环境质量地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置消防系统：该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统，自动喷淋和水幕系统在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网呈环状布置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设地下式水泵结合器，保证消防安全可靠商场，走廊，办公间，电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统，自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统热水系统：客房采用集中热水供应.各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设，水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则，通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验，采用了合理的技术措施，使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果关键词：给水；排水；消火栓；热水；自动喷淋AbstractThis building is the large-scale market, the construction is highly 47.2 meters, total floor space approximately125,000 square meters.
