Paad Paag Rum Stir fried mixed vegetable with oyster sauce 蚝油炒时蔬(杂蔬菜飞水备用,下油炒香蒜茸,再放杂蔬菜,蚝油、糖、鸡粉炒匀即可 Nor Mai Farang Paad Goong Stir-fried shrimps with asparagus 芦笋滑虾仁(芦笋段飞水,虾仁飞油备用,下油炒香蒜茸,再放入芦笋、虾仁、红辣椒片、泰辣椒汁、蚝油、糖盐味炒匀即可 Pla Nueng Manow Steamed red snapper in lime sauce 青柠蒸红鲡鱼(鱼熟后加入泰青柠蒸鱼汁,再铺上金针菇、小葱丝、芹菜丝,淋热油即可,装饰红椒丝 Gaeng Khiewaan Moo Pork in coconut milk,flavoured with green chili paste 绿咖喱烩肉片(绿咖喱汁煮开放入肉片煮软,再放入去皮青茄子段、甜紫苏、青红椒片煮开,调味糖盐味即可。
