Three Classes Safekeeping Project酒店内三级警卫工作方案　　1.How to divide the grads of safekeeping　　警卫级别如何划分：　　1) First class safekeeping is for president, premier and sovereign levels.　　一级警卫指总统、国家总理、元首级;　　2) Second class safekeeping is for former president, former premier and former sovereign.　　二级警卫指前总统、前总理、前元首级;　　3) Third class safekeeping is for minister levels.　　三级警卫指部长级　　2. First class safekeeping procedure　　一级警卫执行程序：　　1) Object: all sovereign/important governmental officer/national leaders. The safekeeping is under provincial security department’s command.　　对象：各国元首、政府要员、国家领导人、知名人士，一级警卫工作是在省市公安保卫部门的指挥下进行的。

　　2) Preparation: a safety inspection needs to hold in all departments before guests arrive. Inspection items as below:　　贵宾到达前的准备工作：为确保贵宾在酒店期间生命财产的绝对安全，在贵宾到达前各部门对安全作一次全面检查，检查内容如下：　　. Housekeeping客房部　　Check the facilities in the rooms that guests will stay to make sure all facilities are safe to use.　　确定使用的房间、检查房内设施、设备是否安全(地毯是否平坦，装饰是否稳固、牢固安全，卫生间是否有防滑措施，检查房内的电源插座、电器是否老化破损)　　Engineering工程部　　Inspect all facilities in hotel such as pump room, generator room and boiler room.　　对酒店各种设施、设备作一次全面安全检查(水泵房、变电房、锅炉房、空调机房);　　Inspect the electrical equipments in guests’ rooms.　　对贵宾房的电器作安全检查。

　　F&B餐饮部　　Assign special chefs to charge cooking.　　指派专门厨师负责烹调工作;　　Sample and check the dishes that guests will take.　　对各类贵宾用的菜肴备样备检;　　Inspect the tableware.　　对贵宾用的各种餐具进行卫生安全检查　　Other department其他部门　　Assist the security　　重点部门派人协调安全工作;　　Do a complete safety inspection in department.　　在部门内进行全面的安全检查;　　3. Safekeeping during guest’s residence　　贵宾在店期间的安全保卫工作：　　1) Janitor: assign special staffs to charge the safety at front entrance.　　门卫：指定专人负责酒店大门安全;　　Duties Keep entrance area well ordered and control the person without fixed duties.　　维护大门口秩序，加强对闲杂人员控制　　2) Lobby: assign staffs to stand by in lobby.　　大厅：在大厅设固定岗，工作职责如下：　　Duties: be polite and have good etiquette　　严守岗位，按规定着装，仪容仪表要符合要求，礼貌待客;　　Notice guests’ luggage and package to avoid wrong picking and theft.　　注意随行客人包裹、行李、手提物品的保护，防止错拿和被人偷盗;　　3) Floor: set a station in each floor that guests stay in　　住客楼层：各楼层处设一固定岗，工作职责：　　Duties: inspect the fire equipments in the floor.　　检查楼层的消防设施;　　Check the condition of the area and report any thing abnormal.　　注意观察该区域的情况，稍有异常立即报告;　　Check the evacuation routes.　　检查楼层安全疏散通道是否畅通;　　Forbid irrelevant person to come in.　　阻止任何无关人员进入;　　4) Other areas: arrange staffs to patrol around in hotel.　　其它区域：安排适当人数警卫人员酒店巡逻，工作职责如下：　　Duties: check fire equipment.　　检查消防;　　Drive the idlers away　　驱赶闲杂人员;　　Notice abnormity　　注意任何异常人员情况;　　Keep hotel well ordered.　　维护酒店正常秩序;　　Report any problem to superior and settle it.　　发现问题立即汇报，并立即着手解决;　　Security department should form a team in case of gusty events. Write a report after the safekeeping finishes.　　保安部另外安排若干人员成立机动组，以防突发事件，在整个接待工作完毕后，做出全面总结，并存档。
