Purpose目的This procedure defines the calibration method and management requirements for electrode portable oven to CV assembly and erection at HaiYang site.本程序叙述了焊条保温筒的检定方法和使用管理要求。

2. Scope范围This procedure is applicable for the calibration, using and managing of electrode portable oven of HaiYang CV Project of SNPEMC.本程序适用于SNPEMC海阳CV项目焊接生产过程中焊条保温筒的检定、使用和管理工作3. Reference Documents参考文件Quality Assurance Manual for Haiyang Project HY-QAM海阳项目质量保证手册 HY-QAM4. Responsibilities职责4.1 Engineering Department工程部4.1.1 Shall prepare electrode portable oven requirements planning according to production demands;根据生产需要，编制焊条保温筒需求计划；4.1.2 Use electrode portable oven correctly.正确使用焊条保温筒。

4.2 Material Section物资组4.2.1 Be responsible for procure electrode portable oven and build up calibration records for portable oven.采购焊条保温筒，并建立焊条保温筒标定状态台帐4.2.2 Be responsible for the periodical calibration, management and maintenance of electrode portable oven.负责焊条保温筒进行定期的标定、管理和维护4.2.3 Be responsible for pasting right qualification label on portable oven according to appendix 6 in Procedure for Welding Material Control.按《焊接材料控制程序》附录6的要求在保温桶上粘贴正确的标签4.3 QC Section QC部4.3.1 Sign off the calibration records of electrode portable oven.对焊条保温筒检定记录签字确认；4.3.2 Be responsible for inspection of the qualification labels; supervise the usage of electrode portable oven.检查焊条保温筒上粘贴合格证，对焊条保温筒的使用情况进行监督。

5. Calibration steps标定步骤5.1 Check of prerequisites/检查先决条件5.1.1 Power supply（24V or 36V）, calibrated thermometer, record form;电源（24V或36V）、标定合格的温度计，记录表格；5.1.2 Qualified operator and QC personnel;合格的操作人员和质检人员5.2 Temperature measuring method/温度测量方法5.2.1 Switch on power supply for electrode portable oven（24V或36V）;接通保温筒电源（24V或36V）；5.2.2 The total measuring time is 1 hour, filling in the records every 20 minutes;测量时间为1小时，每间隔20分钟记录；5.2.3 The readings of measured temperature shall be within the range of 80～150℃，the tolerance is ±10℃.所测温度读数应在80～150℃范围内，温度范围±10℃.。

5.3 Disposal of results/结果处理5.3.1 The electrode thermostats shall be replaced or repaired if they are disabled.在检定过程中，如发现保温筒不能达到使用要求应及时更换、修理；5.3.2 QC shall sing on the eligible calibrated portable oven, and confirm the acceptance label has been pasted on portable oven.QC在检定合格的保温筒标定记录上签字，并监督物资组在标定合格的保温筒外壁贴上合格标签6. Regular Inspection of Portable Oven During Construction焊条保温桶在使用过程中的检查6.1 General Requirement通用要求6.1.1 Electrode portable oven will be inspected during welding construction.焊条保温桶在焊接施工的全过程中要对其温度进行检查。

6.1.2 Portable oven shall be inspected prior to putting electrodes into it. These electrodes can only be put into it after the temperature are confirmed.在焊条放入保温桶时应第一次对保温桶进行温度检查确保温度在规定范围后方可将焊条放入6.1.3 Temperature after electrodes placed into portable oven shall be spot-checked every two hour by QC inspector, and results shall be recorded. See section 7 for record sheet.焊条放入保温桶后每隔2小时由QC人员对其温度进行一次抽查抽查个数应占总使用个数的50%或以上检查结果形成记录，记录表格见第7部分6.1.4 After construction, if there are some left electrodes, then the internal temperature of portable oven shall be checked before return.焊接施工结束后，如果保温桶还有剩余未用完的焊条，则应在归还前对内部温度进行一次检查。
