桥墩80m圆形空心高墩翻模施工工法（TLEJGF-93-15）铁道部第三工程局一、前言翻模施工原用于电工工程的烟囱和冷却水塔等工程基于在铁路桥梁高墩施工中采用滑模存在顶杆回取率低、设备重量大、投资多等缺陷，采用爬模则存在构造复杂、一次性投入大的实际问题，故将翻模技术引入铁路桥梁施工，经实际使用，效果良好翻模是由上、中、下三组同样规格的模板组成，随着混凝土的连续灌筑，下层混凝土达到拆模强度后，自下而上将模板拆除，接续支立，如此循环往复，完成桥墩的灌筑施工铁道部第三工程局在路内首次将翻模技术应用于桥梁施工中，并针对桥墩特点，在模板曲率 、支架和卸料平台上做了较大改进，在侯月线海子沟大桥施工中获得了成功一、 工法特点1.上、中、下三层模板结构规格相同，循环倒用2.接料平台支承于内模加固角钢上，外围工作平台支承于外模模板上，免除了落地脚手架 ，集接料平台、脚手架、模板于一体3.利用减少内外模板的块数和相邻模板的搭接长度，实现桥墩的收坡和曲率变化，设计合理4.和滑模、爬模相比，具有结构简单、操作方便、零部件损耗小、成本低、便于加工的优点5.由于操作简单，工序重复循环，一般工人易于掌握，不需较高等级工人。

(7)拆模吊蓝五、施工工艺(一)工艺流程(见图2)图2 工艺流程网络(二)施工工艺在完成3节基本节混凝土的灌筑工作后，即可按以下工序进行施工：1.提升接料平台(1)松开接料平台和支腿的联结，以缆索吊机将平台提升大于一节模板的高度(2)分两批将支腿相应提高一节模板高度3)接料平台落于第一次提升后的支腿上4)提升其余支腿，并使之与平台联结牢固2.拆除模板(1)将悬挂于第N节支架上的吊蓝和步板、安全网提升挂于N+1节吊环上，使安全网与吊篮立筋和三角支架护栏联结(2)分4组人员于墩身对称位置，同时分别向相反方向拆除对拉螺栓、三角支架和内外模板， 由上层工人将拆下部件提升到N+2层，对模板进行清洗整修3)堵塞对拉螺栓孔，喷养护液4)混凝土达到1.2MPa时进行接灌面凿毛，绑扎焊接钢筋3.模板安装(1)测设中线，以垂球控制中心，检查调整内外模板位置(2)根据灌注段内壁周长计算内壁块数和模板搭接量，并于已成混凝土上做出标记据以支立内模，并使外模与内模相对应3)以对拉螺栓将内外模板和三角支架联结紧固，并以斜拉索具调整中线和桥墩截面尺寸4.灌注混凝土缆索吊机运送混凝土，卸于平台上，以人工或小车将混凝土倒运至模内，用插入式震捣器捣固。
