.我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价综合研究摘要在知识经济条件下，技术创新能力已成为企业获取利润与开展的源泉，尤其是对高新技术上市企业，因为高新技术企业是由处在时代前沿的先导性技术开展起来的企业，技术创新能力是其竞争力的核心，而高新技术企业是否具有竞争力主要还是取决于其自身技术创新能力的大小目前，我国对高新技术上市企业的评价仍以财务评价为主，但其存在的问题也比拟明显；因此，引入非财务指标的上市企业评价体系即表达其开展潜力的技术创新能力评价体系就显得极为必要正是基于上面的考虑，本文选择了“我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价〞进展研究本文共分为五大局部内容第一局部，绪论；第二局部，论文的根本理论第三局部，从我国高新技术上市企业的实际出发，设计我国高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价指标体系，构建了整个论文的理论框架。

运用密切值法，在已有理论的根底上，建立高新技术上市企业技术创新能力评价模型，最后通过实例分析应用该模型第四局部，运用未确知测度评价模型，对企业进展技术创新风险评价第五局部，运用AHP方法和多级模糊数学评价模型对企业技术创新效果进展评价本文通过对我国高新上市企业进展技术创新能力评价研究，一方面可以更好地促进投资者进展理性投资和其它企业选择适宜的供给商或战略合作伙伴；另一方面，有助于高新企业管理者分析自身技术创新能力状况和确定技术能力开展目标；最后，能为监管部门加强管理提供参考依据关键词高新技术上市企业技术创新能力 技术评价 评价指标体系密切值法Study on SyntheticEvaluating Technological Innovation Capability of Our Country’s Listed High-Tech EnterprisesAbstractIn the era of knowledge-driven economy, technological innovation capability has bee the source of the enterprise’sprofit and development, especiallythe listed high-techenterprises, because the high-techenterpriseis a firm which is developed by advanced technology. Technologicalinnovation capability is the core of petitive power, but whether the high-tech enterprise has the petitive power mainly depends on the size of technological innovation capability. At present,our country has evaluated the listed high-techenterprises, which is still mainlythe financial appraisal, but its existing questionsarequite obvious. Therefore, introducing the non-financial indexsystem, which is the technological innovation capability appraisal system manifesting its development potential, appearsto be essential extremely. Based on above consideration, this article chooses “the Evaluationon Technological Innovation Capability of our Country’s Listed High-Tech Enterprises〞 to do the research.The content of this article divides into five major parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is the basic theory of the thesis. The third part, based on the reality ofour country’s listed high-techenterprises, the articledesigns the technological innovation capability appraisal index system of our country’slisted high-tech enterprises, which has formed the theory frame for the entire article;then, on the foundation of existed theory, using the osculatingvalue method, the article establishes the technological innovation capability appraisal model of the listed high-techenterprise, and has applied this model to the case analysisfinally. The articlehas carried on the technological innovation risk evaluation with uncertain estimate model in the fourth part. Schumpeter)提出“创新〞的概念以来，创新便成为西方社会各界普遍关注的话题和研究的重点但是，近年来，我国也对企业技术创新给予了很高的重视，指出了加强技术创新是我国21世纪科技工作与经济工作中的一项重要战略任务2006年，在全国科学技术大会上的讲话又指出：要建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系，使企业真正成为研究开发投入的主体、技术创新活动的主体和创新成果应用的主体，全面提升企业的自主创新能力近20年来，中国每年的经济增长速度都在7%-8%以上，但主要靠的是制度创新和投资加大，技术创新的比重远低于经济兴旺国家从世界兴旺国家经历来看，要想从单纯依靠资源和简单劳动获得缓慢开展的国家变为主要依靠技术进步获得快速开展的创新型国家，必须依靠科技进步和技术创新。
