Purpose: Maintain the facility and equipment in the company to ensure the production and business of company runs well.2、范围：凡本公司使用的所有生产设备及其配套设施均适用Scope：It applies to the maintenance of all equipments and accessory equipments.3、权责Responsibility:3.1管理部：设施及生活设备的维护、维修3.2生产现场和保全课：生产设备的保养、点检、故障维修• Administration Dept: maintain facility and equipment which used to meet daily life requirements.• Worksite and maintenance dept: Maintain, check & troubleshooting.4、流程图：见附页Process flow chart, Appendix A.5、作业内容Description：5.1管理部应就所管辖范围内的设施设备建立明细，并负责对各项目进行监控和点检，发现异常或损坏时应及时进行维修。

其他各部门若发现管理部所管辖的设施/设备有异常或损坏，应及时向管理部反映，由其安排人员及时维修设施/设备的点检或维修应进行详细的记录Administration dept should make list and detailed documents for all the facilities and equipments of its own. Monitor and check the condition of these equipment, repaired in case of it doesn’t work. Any abnormality found by any other dept should inform administration dept in time. Repaire was arranged by Ad dept asap. Maintenance and check should be recorded in a full detail form.5.2生产设备管理要点 Key requirements of production equipment：5.2.1保全课负责对所管辖范围内的生产设备建立“设备履历表”，详细记录设备名称、规格、安装日期、维修记录等内容。

Production maintenance Sec. is in charge of building equipment information tables, which include equipment name, specification, installation date and also the repair records of each equipment.5.2.2保全课负责生产设备预防性维护计划的制定、设备定期检修及设备操作人员的技术指导Maintenance sec make the preventive maintenance plan of the equipment, periodically check and provide instruction to operator on how to use it well.5.2.3生产部门负责生产所使用设备的日常维护保养,并协助保全课完成设备的定期保养和维修Production dept is in charge of daily maintenance for all the production equipment and facilities and work with maintenance sec to complete the periodic maintenance.5.2.4生产部门应对重要设备制定相应的操作和维护保养作业指导书，并由保全人员会签后实施。

Production make the use and maintenance instruction for key equipments and get approval from maintenance sec before starting to release these instructions.5.3设备的日常点检、保养Equipment daily maintenance and check:生产部门人员应依据设备操作和维护保养作业指导书对机器设备进行日常点检和维护保养并将点检/保养结果进行记录User should check and maintain the machine and equipment as per use & maintenance instruction on daily basis and keep all the record well.5.4预防性维护计划Preventive maintenance plan：为保持设备的良好性能和延长使用寿命，预防突发故障，保全人员应根据“设备预防性维护计划”中的内容和频次进行设备的定期维护保养Keeping good working condition, extending machine life expectancy, preventing breakdown, maintenance staff take periodic maintenance as per the requirement and frequency in the machine and equipment preventive maintenance plan.5.5设备故障维修Troubleshooting：当机器设备发生故障停机，操作员须立即填写设备故障报修单通知设备维修人员，维修人员应将维修情况进行详细记录。

Maintenance staff fixes the problem and keep the maintenance record well. 5.6设施/设备/重要部件的报废Facility/Equipment/Key accessory scrap：对于已无使用价值或已无法修复的设施/设备/重要部件（列入固定资产的），由使用部门提出申请，部门主管审核，（副）总经理批准后实施Any facility and equipment and key accessory which were listed as company fixed assets cannot be repaired or are worthless. The corresponding dept which use these machines and equipments issue scrap requirement. This requirement should be checked by the dept leader and president.5.7备品备件的管理Spare machine and equipment and their accessories control procedure：对于公司关键生产/检测设备，为确保其正常运行，其主要设备备件视其磨损及重要程度，应保持适当的库存量，备件的合理性应适时评审。

For key production / test equipment, buffer inventory list for sporadic material shall be established for major spare parts according to their wearing condition and importance, in order to keep the machine runs well. The list shall be reviewed periodically to make sure the buffer stock is enough.5.8设备预见性维护Equipme。
