随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展，金融日益 渗透到人民群众工作、生活等各个方面，金融服务的质量与水平也日益为社会所 关注和期待构建现代化的金融服务体系对于促进我国经济社会的全面和谐发展 具有重要的意义本文首先对广西金融服务业的发展现状给予肯定，分别从产品体系、环境支 持体系、监管体系、市场体系以及组织体系五大方面对目前广西金融服务业的发 展进行说明，以各种数据为证对广西的金融服务业发展给出肯定，接着就阻碍金 融服务业高速发展的因素进行分析，提出当前广西金融服务业发展虽取得一•定成 就，但仍存在重要问题，一是金融宏观发展环境体系不合理，这主要表现在监管 不力、融资渠道狭窄、发展意识滞后等方面；二是金融市场体系发展不健全，主 要表现在货币市场交易主体单一、债券市场发行规模太小、金融产品与市场需求 之间存在差距等方面；三是金融人才支持乏力，主要表现在金融人才的保有量和 培养量都亟需提高等方面；四是区域金融吸引力不足，这主要表现在广西区域经 济实力在全国处于中下游水平，对金融机构的设立和贷款支持的吸引力不足；五 是金融组织体系存在的问题，如四大商业银行业务同质化的程度非常严重、不良 贷款率普遍较高、股份制商业银行市场定位不明确、城市商业银行存在规模小、 股权结构单一、人才不足等等。

最后为了促进广西金融服务业的快速发展，冲出 目前发展困局，本文提出以下六大措施：一、完善金融监管体系；二、完善金融 市场体系；三、完善金融组织体系；四、建设金融人才小高地，引进高端金融人 才；五、加强金融服务创新，提高金融资源利用效率；六、深化社会诚信体系建 设，优化金融生态环境关键词金融服务业 发展现状 问题 对策AbstractFinance is the core of modern economy. Establish modern financial service system in promoting Chinas economic and social development has the vital significance.This paper first of Guangxi in the current situation of the development of the financial services industry give affirmation, separately from the product system, environment support system, supervision system, market system, organization and system of the five aspects of the financial services industry development in Guangxi that, in all data as evidence of the development of Guangxi in the financial services industry are sure, then blocking a financial services with the high-speed development of the factors, this paper analyzes the current financial services industry development in Guangxi is made some achievements, but it still has important problems, a financial macro development environment system is not reasonable, this mainly displays in the regulation is slack, the financing channel is narrow, development lag and so on aspects consciousness; 2 it is financial market system development is not sound, main performance in the currency market transactions of the subject in a single, bond market issue size is too small, financial products and market demand gap between aspects; Three is financial talent support fatigue, mainly displays in the quantities and financial talent training quantity is improving all aspects; Four regional financial appeal is insufficient, it is reflected in Guangxi area in the middle and lower reaches the national economic strength in level, on the establishment of financial institutions and the attraction of the loan support is insufficient; Five is the financial organization system problems, such as the big four commercial banking business the extent of the homogeneity very serious, bad loans generally high, joint stock commercial Banks market orientation is not clear, city commercial Banks exist in small scale, equity single structure and talent shortage, and so on.
