It mainly focus on the solving of basic、directionaR crucial science and technology problems. Thus, it plays an important role in the area of promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances, the communication and collaboration of the domestic and foreign agricultural science and technology, improving the upbringing of high-level research talents.2001年,中国农业科学院提出建设“三个中心、一个基地”的发展目标,即:国际先 进水平的国家农业科技创新中心、国内一流的农业科技成果转化中心、国际农业科技合作与 交流中心、高层次农业科研人才培养基地。
In the year of 2011, Chinese Academy of agricultural science has come up with the developing goal of establishing "three centers, one basis", namely, national agriculture science and technology innovation center with international advances > first class agricultural scientific achievement conversion center in mainlands international agriculture science and technology cooperation and exchange center、high-level agricultural scientific research personnel training base.与此同时,根据现代农业发展的需要和国际农业科技前沿,确定了新阶段优先建设的九 大学科群及其41个一级学科、173个二级学科。
九大学科群即:作物科学、畜牧兽医科学、 应用农业微生物学、农业资源与环境学、食品科学与工程、农业质量标准与检测、农业信息、 农业经济与科技发展、农业工程学In the meantime, in accordance with the needs of the developing of modern agriculture and international agricultural technology leading edge, it confirms to making the establishment of nine scientific groups and its 41 first-rate course, 173 secondary rate courses as the priority at the new stage. Nine scientific groups, namely, animal husbandry and veterinary science > application of agricultural microbiology> agricultural resources and environments food science and engineering> agricultural quality standards and testing、agricultural information science> agricultural economy and technical developments agricultural engineering science.2001年以来,围绕“三个中心、一个基地”和九大学科群建设,中国农业科学院各项 工作取得了较大的成绩。

Making efforts to strength national research cooperation, leading the developing of national agricultural science and technology“十五”以来,中国农业科学院联合全国各省(市、自治区)农业科学院和农业大 学,发起成立了全国农业科研协作网,并进一步提出了建设以国家农业科技创新中心、区 域农业科技创新中心和农业科技试验站为核心内涵的国家农业科技创新体系的战略构想。
since the introduction of outline for the tenth five year plan, Chinese academy of agricultural sciences has joint provincial(municipal or autonomous region) academy of agricultural sciences and agricultural university to establish the national agricultural research network, and future came up with the strategic vision of putting the establishing national agriculture science and technology innovation center、 regional agriculture science and technology innovation center、agricultural science and technology experiment stations as key points in the national agriculture science and technology innovation system.中国农业科学院先后与多个省、自治区人民政府签订了科技合作或共建协议,与全国 32个省(市)农业科研机构、17所农业大学和部分地区农科所确定了 122个首批共建优势 学科。
以项目合作为基础,与全国50多家农业科研单位、高等院校合作建立了矮败小麦育 种应用协作网,与28个省、市、自治区138个科研院所、大学、企业合作建立了航天育 种全国协作网Chinese academy of agricultural sciences has successively singed science and technology cooperation or building agreement with the government of man y provinces and autonomous regions. It has confirmed to establish the first lots of 122 preponderant discipline with 32 provincial or municipal agricultural sc ientific research institution> 17 agricultural universities and parts of the country agriculture technology research institute. On the base of Program Corporation, it has jointed over 50 units of agricultural scientific research and institutions of higher learning to establish breeding application network of dwarf-male-sterile wheat and cooperate with 138 research institutions from 28 different provinces, municipals or autonomous regions to found national space mutation breeding a pplication network.通过创新中心、优势学科共建,联合申报项目、培养研究生,科技人员交流互访, 共享科技基础条件平台,中国农业科学院与全国兄弟农业科研机构建立了密切的合作,促进 了全国农业科技的进步与发展。
