      The dryer is designed for compound fertilzer production process and suitable for each system of compound fertilizer production line such as preliminary drying handling ordinary peroxy calcium phosphate and drying granualted material.在作为造粒肥料干燥机使用时,烟道气和物料的流向应采用顺流方式,烟道气进气温度要根据各体系的操作条件决定,一般低于400℃While using as dryer for granulated fertilizer, flow direction of flue pipe gas and material shall adopt downstream manner; inlet gas temperature of flue pipe gas can be decided according to operation conditions of each system; In general, it shall be less than 400℃. 选用合适生产能力的干燥机,可达到国标所规定的各种浓度复混肥料最终水份含量。

All data in the table is only for reference.三、干燥机生产能力(吨/小时) Productive capacity of dryer(t/h)干燥机生产能力一般由公式 G= AV 大略算出 W1 W2 1000(100-W2)Generally calculating productive capacity of dryer as per the formula:G= AV W1 W2 1000(100-W2)式中in the formula: G 干物料每小时产量output of dry material per hour(t/h) V 干燥机筒体容积volume of dryer shell(m³见表1 seeing table 1) W1 入干燥机物料含水量water content of material fed into dryer(%) W2 出干燥机物料含水量water content of material discharged from dryer(%) A 干燥的水份蒸发强度 water evaporation strength of dryer A值与被干燥肥料品种的性质、粒度,干燥物料初含水份和终含水份,干燥机直径,扬料板的型式及布置方式,筒体转速,气流速度和气体进出口温度等因素有关,因此,A值的确定根据肥料品种和体系的有关工程数据来选用。

      Note: So many compound fertilizer system、complex composition and proportion as well as different machining process will affect drying capacity; During selection, it is better to request specifial research design department for submitting technical advisory opinion.四、结构特征及工作原理S。
