Due to the importance of e-commerce, the need in the existing new trade theories and the mediation theory introduced in this factor, further from two aspects of theory and empirical research under the background of the new e-commerce trade intermediary function and its effect on the development of international trade.Keywords: Electronic commerce trade; Intermediary trade; Review1 IntroductionNew classical trade theory and new trade theory implied assumption is that consumers in international trade is directly deal with homogeneous producers, as for the producers to sell products to consumers, or how to implement the "trade" the question is neglected, the traditional trade theory cannot explain the phenomenon of ntrade intermediary1' in reality a lot of, can't export channels for enterprises to choose difference, cross-border justify the phenomenon such as the development of electronic commerce. In the real world, international marketing, sales channels, cross-border e-commerce new trade intermediary and mediation is very important subject. Rauch and Bernard (2010) study found that due to the presence of transaction costs, most enterprises especially small and medium-sized enterprises is through trade intermediary to enter the international market, the consumption abroad production, contains many can trade link between Ahn et al. (2011). Research has shown that trade intermediary plays an important part in China's foreign trade expansion. This is the root cause of the dislocation theory and the reality is that the traditional trade theory of transaction cost. Trade intermediary, as a kind of institutional arrangement of saving transaction costs, need to put it into the international trade theory to explain the differences of enteiprises to export behavior, and to understand the mechanism of action of trade policy.And e-commerce vigorous development in the whole world, not only promoted the expansion of international trade, also changed the trade intermediary function, the rise of e-commerce for transaction costs decline, production organization and trade pattern changes play an important role in promoting, made the trade pattern and global production model also for the study of the mechanism of action of international trade intermediary, the relationship between electronic commerce and trade intermediary, such problems as how to affect trade and e-commerce model provides a useful starting point, e-commerce has become the indispensable dimension research of international trade.2 The trade intermediaries in the international trade2.1 Trade intermediary function and its economics to explainTraditional trade intermediary (or trading intermediary) is defined, it is a special from suppliers to purchase goods and then sold to the buyer or for both parties to provide platform and transaction of economic intermediary, this definition contains the turn to buy or sell goods, as well as matching buyers and sellers information two big functions.
