Phosphoric acid is injected at acontrolled rate and intensively contacted with the oil in the Acid Mixer M080, later on, the mixture is retained inthe acid reaction tank M084 for some time to ensure completely to transfer NHP into HP. Here it is dried and mixed with bleaching earth. The earth is automatically proportioned by the hermetic Earth Dosing System TD660 directly from the Earth Feed Hopper BT660 into the Bleacher via a duct located below the scrubbing section to prevent dust from entering the vacuum system. The Earth Dosing System is based on two automated butterfly valves with an intermediate dosing chamber.
