基于电子商务平台的供应链金融融资模式研究毕业论文.docx

摘要在经济、信息全球化的今天，随着信息技术的高速发展，电子信息网络系统 技术迅速成长以及供应链生产模式的繁荣发展，基于电子商务平台的供应链融资 模式营运而生这种全新的供应链融资模式，进一步了增强中小企业融资能力， 降低了银行放贷风险，提升了供应链整休运作的稳定性与平滑性目前学术界和 业界已经从资金流、物流与信息流协同，以及企业间的作业协同等多个角度和层 面，对电子商务与供应链融资结合运用的可能性与实现模式展开了深入且广泛的 探索本文从电子商务平台供应链融资的产生背景和意义入手，对近年来的相关文 献进行总结，归纳出了支撑电子商务平台下供应链融资发展的理论基础在此基 础上，分别对基于电子商务平台的供应链融资的核心概念以及相关理论进行了分 析和阐释：研究基于电子商务平台的供应链融资的四种基本模式，并从多个角度 与传统供应链融资模式进行了对比分析，结合了案例对融资模式在实际中的操作 进行了研究，并对新型的两种融资模式进行了介绍本文综合运用定性研究和案 例分析的方法，力图全面地诠释电子商务平台下供应链融资模式的运作方法和意 义，以期为这种全新模型在现实中的运用提供一些有帮助的思路，为提升供应链 整体绩效和缓解我国中小企业融资难困境需找新的出路。

木文的研究结论是：1. 基于电子商务平台的供应链融资模式的优势和创新Z处在于：（1）信用风 险屏蔽；（2）双重审核；（3）信用捆绑2. 电子商务平台、核心企业、融资企业、金融机构和物流公司在电子商务 平台的供应链模式小发挥着重要作用并获得了很大的收益，其有很大的市场潜力3. 基于电子商务平台的供应链融资模式主要有预付账款模式、应收账款模 式、订单融资模式和动产质押模式，新型的BMB模式和云仓模式也在兴起，中小 企业可以根据自身的特点选择合适的融资模式得以发展壮大关键词：电子商务平台，供应链金融，融资模式AbstractWith the rapid development of information technology, the prosperity and development of electronic information technology and the rapid growth of network system and supply chain mode of production, the mode of supply chain financing based on the electronic commerce platform is appear. This new mode of supply chain financing further enhance the financing capacity of small and medium enterprises, reducing the risk of bank lending, enhance the overall operation of the supply chain stability and smoothness. At present, the industry has moved from academia and capital flow, logistics and information flow coordination, as well as multiple angles and levels collaborative work between enterprises, etc., for the possibility of e- commerce and supply chain financing combined with the use and implementation of model launched an in-depth and extensive exploration.The background and significance of this supply chain financing from e- commerce platform to start, to summarize the relevant literature in recent years, summed up under three major theoretical basis supporting the e-commerce platform for the development of supply chain financing. On this basis, respectively, based on the concept of e-commerce platform for the core supply chain financing and related theories. The analysis and interpretation: Based on the four basic modes of commerce platform, supply chain financing, and from multiple angle with the traditional supply chain financing model were compared, combined with the case of the financing mode operation in practice were studied, and two new financing models were introduced. This paper uses qualitative research methods and case studies, trying to interpret fully operational methods and e-commerce platform in the sense of supply chain financing model, in order for this new model in the real world use to provide some helpful ideas to improve supply chain performance and ease the plight of the financing difficulties of SMEs need to find a new wayout.Conclusions of this study are:1.
