2.5 Ensure exhaust fan is on. 确保排气扇开启2.6 Ensure air blast pressure is between 80-120 psi.确保空气清洗压力介于 80 〜 120 psi(pounds per square inch 磅/平方英寸 压强单位)2.7 Ensure ice blast pressure is between 75-115 psi. 确保干冰清洗压力介于 75-115 psi2.8 Press machine start button to turn blaster on. 按“开始”按钮开始工作2.9 To shutdown equipment, reverse start-up procedure. 工作结束,关闭程序3.0 OPERATING PROCEDURE 操作程序3.1 Start cleaning with the nozzle about 450mm away from the surface. More closer as you determine no damage is done to surfaces. The maximum removal rate occurs when the nozzle is about 50mm away from the surface.用喷嘴在高于表面 450mm 处开始清理。
如果对于表面没有损伤的时候,可以更靠近些最小距离在离喷嘴约 50mm 处3.2 Move the nozzle at a brisk pace over the surface. If you have to pause for 3-4 seconds on a spot, be alert on softer substrates(filler, vents)as you may do damage. 将喷嘴移开表面如果你要停留 3-4 秒,请留意其他较软部位(填料口,通风口),你可能会损伤它们3.3 If you experience a freeze up at the hopper(no ice in the nozzle blast),you can do the following:假如你遇到通风口冻结(在喷嘴清理处没有冰)你可按以下做:● Repeatedly pull the nozzle trigger(each trigger pull vibrates the hopper once).反复拉喷射开关(每次开关振动料仓一次)● Run at high ice rate.在高结冰率状态下运行。

If more than one core box requires cleaning in a one hour period, cleaning must be performed by separate employees.由于高浓度二氧化碳危害性,要求一个员工最多清洗一个芯盒。
如果在一个小时内多个芯盒要求清理,清洗车间只能由员工轮流单独作业4.0 SAFE HANDLING & DISPOSAL PROCEDURE 安全处理及处置程序4.1 Follow Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) when handling carbon dioxide (dry ice) to ensure safe handling of the material.当使用二氧化碳(干冰)时, 需依据物料安全数据表( MSDS)以确保安全使用4.2 When receiving carbon dioxide, ensure that the matrial is contained and there is no damage to the container that may cause deterioration of the product.当接收二氧化碳时,要确保干冰装在容器里,并且容器不能有使干冰挥发的破损4.3 If the carbon dioxide is deemed defective, the material will be sent back to the supplier.如果二氧化碳品质有任何问题,停止使用。
a) Wrap plastic bag back over the dry ice loosely 密封不严b) Replace lid专用的密封盖c) Secure lid with strapping必须有密封胶垫d) Wrap edge of lid with shrink wrapping, if possible如果可以,用压力环扣紧封盖e) Deliver to Shipping Department noting that the box contains product that is defective with a “Defective Product” tag attached标明“不合格产品” 并交付给物流部4.4 If the carbon dioxide cannot safely be sent back to the supplier, the material is to be places by the exhaust fan in the CO2 Blaster Room to ensure it is ventilated properly out of the area.如果二氧化碳不能安全退还给供应商,直接在清洗室蒸发,并用排气扇排出。

保证合模完好Using dry ice to clean cope and drag surface and making sure no foreign substance. And making sure cope and drag close well.因考虑到干冰的挥发大,储存时间短,也可用冷芯盒清洗剂替代干冰清洗For dry ice’s high volatility and shot storage time, using cold core box cleaning agent to instead of dry ice.6.0 冷芯盒清洗频次 Cold core box cleaning frequency 6.1 芯盒在生产完毕后,由模具人员每周集中清洗一次,入库待下次生产After finishing cold core box production, cleaning once per week by pattern shop, and preparing for the next production.6.2 芯盒在生产过程中,现场人员每一小时用冷芯盒清洗剂清洗。
During production, cleaning cold core box by cleaning agent once per hour.。
