安全黄金准则 GOLDEN RULES for SAFETY 准则一： 我们每个人都有权利和义务阻止一切不安全行为 We each have the right and duty to stop any unsafe activity Each of us the 在危险的条件下我们可以拒绝工作We are expected to refuse to work in dangerous conditions对不安全的条件和行为,我们必须立即向上汇报We must immediately report unsafe conditions or acts to our supervisorAnd 我们的安全要互相负责We are responsible for each other’s safety上岗前一定要培训Do not do a job before being trained准则二： 工作时使用合适的工具 Use the right tool for the jobyour 使用专门为手上干的活而设计的正确的器具 Use only the proper equipment designed for the job at hand每天检查你的工具,不要使用有缺陷的工具或器具 Inspect your tools daily. Do not work with defective tools or equipment对新的工作和上级一起设计正确的方法 On new jobs, plan the proper method with your supervisor严禁超载使用工具,器具或机器 Never overload tools, equipment or machines准则三： 永远使用工作所需的安全设施Always use the safety equipment required for the job必须自始至终穿戴工作所需的个人防护用品[/font]Personal Protection Equipment required for the job must be worn all the time严禁损坏或取消安全装置或安全挡板 Never disable or bypass a safety device or safety barrier每天检查个人防护用品,发现有坏的,替换掉 Check PPE daily and replace any faulty itemsThe准则四： 对所有事故要立即响应 Act on all accidents immediately使事故地区恢复安全: 排除危险 Make the area safe: remove the danger急救及正确的医疗处理 Get first aid and proper medical care必须准确地记录和汇报所发生的经过 Accurate recording and reporting of the facts must be done让所有的员工了解事故 Communicate the findings to all准则五： 小心重物 Beware of heavy objects提升重物时,使用正确的设备,不要超载[/font] [font=times] When lifting, use the right equipment, and do not overload it提升或搬运重物时,要有足够的,合适的帮助 Get enough, qualified help when lifting or moving heavy things人在提升重物时,要学会正确的方法,必要时使用个人防护用品 In manual lifting, learn the right way to lift, and use PPE when required不要站在会有东西掉下来的地方 Avoid being where things can fall on you准则六： 注意旋转的机器设备 Beware of rotating machinery确保旋转的机器有防护罩或挡板 Make sure that rotating tools are guarded with shields or barriers 没有防护罩或挡板时,千万要注意,不要碰到旋转部分[/font]When that is not possible, use great caution never to come into contact with a rotating part在旋转或活动的部件上工作时,要事先确保已安全锁定,并且不会意外开动 Before working on a part that rotates or moves, make sure that it is safely locked out and  of cannot be started accidentally准则七： 小心行走 避免滑倒和摔倒 Tread with Care! Avoid Slips and Falls高空作业或在高于 1.8 米处作业,要使用正确的安全器具[/font]At heights, or over openings of over 1,8m or 6ft, use the correct safety equipment走,不要跑 Walk, don’t run准则八： 眼睛需要特别的保护 Eyes need Special Protection对眼睛有危险的地方,要戴上护目镜 Use glasses with side shields where there is any risk at all使用化学品时，要与眼睛保持足够距离 Use fully enclosed goggles when grinding iron and steel, and where there is a risk of grease or fluids damaging the eye 焊接时,要戴好电焊面罩 Use full face welding masks for welding准则九： 特别注意你的工作所特有的危险 Take special care for the risks that are special to your job要格外注意高温炉子和高压容器,要遵守操作规程[/font] Use extra caution with high temperature furnaces and high pressure vessels: follow the rules Be caution with 对任何在你的工作场所使用的危险物品,要确保知道正确的处理方法 Make sure you know the proper way to handle any hazardous substances used in your workplace要一直学习并不折不扣地遵守矿山和工厂的规章制度 On mines and in factories, learn the rules and follow them exactly, all the timeLearn and follow the rules 有爆炸性气体(如甲烷)的地方,要极其注意其危险 Use extreme caution when there is a danger of explosive gases (e.g. methane) being presentWhere the explosive gases are being used. 准则十： 交通安全 Traffic Safety每天检查车辆,确保车辆处于安全的工作状态 Inspect the vehicle daily to confirm that it is in safe working order驾驶员必须经公司批准同意,并有相应的驾驶证 The driver must be authorized and licensed to drive the class of vehicleThe vehicle of class所有乘客必须系上安全带,没有安全带就不能坐车[/font] All occupants must wear seat belts: no belt, no ride。
