本文华为公司的2023年至2023年的数据为样本，研究了其研发投入和公司绩效之间的关系文章分为五个局部对这一研究主题进行探讨，第一局部为绪论，介绍了研究背景、研究意义、国内外的研究现状和研究内容与研究方法第二局部为研究理论根底，通过对现有文献的梳理归纳，理清研发投入与公司绩效的内在逻辑关系第三局部是高新技术企业的研发投入与企业绩效的现状研究，通过对相关样本的分析，研究了以华为为代表的同类高新技术企业的研发投入与企业绩效的关系第四局部是华为公司研发投入与企业绩效关系分析，对华为公司的现状及开展历程进行了简单的梳理介绍；通过数据软件分析了相关指标之间的相关性，从而研究了华为公司的研发投入与企业绩效之间的相关性关系第五局部是结论，首先总结出本文研究的主要问题的结论，分析影响因素；并且根据研究，提出相关的意见和建议关键词： 华为公司 研发投入 企业绩效 ABSTRACTDue to the gradual deepening of economic globalization and the continuous emergence of innovative technology in the international market, and in an unbeaten position in the big wave of economic globalization, we must invest more energy in this struggle for technological innovation. First of all, it summarizes the conclusions of the main problems studied in this paper, analyzes the influencing factors, and based on the research, puts forward the relevant opinions and suggestions.Key words：Huawei; R&D; Business Performance第一章 绪论研究背景由于经济全球化的逐渐深入，在国际市场中的创新科技技术不断出现，想要在经济全球化的大浪潮中处于一个不败的位置，就要在技术创新的这场斗争中投入更多精力与财力。

研究开发正是公司创新成功的前提根底，是提升公司核心竞争能力和获利能力的重要保障近几年来，华为公司销售额从 1987年的100多万元增长至2023年的6000亿元，并且已经成为了全球最大的通信设备制造商其快速开展的原因与其研发投入有着重要的联系，华为公司为什么能够取得如此巨大的成功？这个问题的值得研究本文以华为公司为研究对象，选取公司2023至2023年项财务报表相关数据进行计算分析，目的是研究华为公司研发投入与企业绩效之间是否具备某种相关关系，是以哪种方式相关的，并且将得出相关性结论，并且通过在研究中发现的问题给华为公司提出意见和建议，希望可以给华为公司和同类企业在提高研发能力方面带来帮助通过对研究背景，可以看出企业的研发投入活动在企业竞争力的影响因素中，占据着越来越重要的地位在国内信息技术行业中一直占据着领先位置的华为公司在研发能力方面上，自然也处在领先的位置理论上来看，企业的研发活动可以增强企业的资源利用率，使企业在市场中的竞争力提高，最终可以提高企业绩效从研发费用支出逐年增长可以看出华为公司对研发投入的越来越重视，但是研发投入不仅仅表达在研发费用的支出上，还应该包括在人员投入等工程上。

但是企业是否能够通过加大研发投入强度来获得更大的利益，还需要进一步考证，因此通过研究华为公司的研发投入与企业绩效的相关关系，来得出相关性结论，一方面可以帮助华为公司在合理配置资源上做出更好的决策，帮助公司通过研发投入来提高企业绩效；另一方面可以给同类企业在提高研发能力方面提出建议国内外研究现状 国外关于研发投入与企业绩效关系的研究，开始时间较早，所以研究文献较多，与国外的研究相比较，我国国内在研发投入与企业绩效关系的研究问题上，研究时间较短，在相关研究中虽然也取得了不少成果，但仍然还存在着较大研究空间国外关于研发投入与企业绩效的关系方面的研究大多通过实证研究的方法，得出了研发投入与企业绩效相关且相关性较强的结论，并且大多为正相关关系的结论最初的研究是George Libik（1969）通过实证研究认为，企业的研发投入强度与企业的年销售收入增加量之间存在正相关关系，并且这种关系在技术密集型企业中表现明显[1]1995）以高新技术企业作为研究样本，在研究中发现研发强度投入越多。
