Below are frequently asked questions and answers related to our Sponsorship, Advertisement, and Exhibition opportunities.Q. What is the purpose of the annual meeting?A. ECI recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a significant contribution toward promoting independence, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities. The Center also recognizes participants who have made progress in their efforts to live a full and independent life and who are an example of encouragement to their peers.Q. Is there an application form for submitting a contribution?A. Yes. There are two options.1. Complete the registration form in the brochure and mail it along with payment and ad (if applicable). Address is listed below.2. Complete the registration form online at and pay online via PayPal or credit card and send an electronic copy of your ad (if applicable) to .Q. What is the size and price of each ad?A. Full page ad: 9 7/8”H by 7 WW, $250Half page ad: 4 7/8"H by 7 WW, $125Quarter page ad: 4 7/8H by 3 5/8"W, $75Business card ad: 2 7/16”H by 3 5/8”W, $35Friend of ECI Line: one line, $10Q. Will there be a border around the ad?A. Yes, all ads will be surrounded by a double line border.Q. If I am a vendor, when do I set up my table?A. Tables must be set up by 11:00 am and remain until 3:00 pm.Q. If I am a vender, am I entitled to lunch?A. Yes, one lunch comes with the package and it is served noon - 12:30 pm. Additional lunches are $20 each. Please provide us with the names of those purchasing lunch and if there are any dietary preferences.Q. Is there a charge for electricity for my exhibit?A. Yes, the cost is $25. Please indicate the need for electricity with your registration.Q.Can the ads be in color or black & white and what format is required?A.Camera ready color ads are preferred. Please send your ads in a Word or PDF format.Q. How do I send the ads?A. Please send your ads and other items materials (if applicable) to ecinorfg). If you wish to send your information by mail, please do not use staples or paper clips on the advertisement.Q. How do I pay for my sponsorship/advertisement/exhibit table?A. ECI is appreciative of donations to support independent living. Please specify how youwould like ECI to use the money (i.e., Annual holiday party, scholarship for participants to attend events, emergency assistance or other special projects).
