大学生志愿服务，是对大学生进行思想政治教育的有效途径，在志愿服务中，大学生既是奉献者又是受益者，在服务社会的过程中受教育、长才干研究大学生志愿精神的培养这一问题具有一定的现实意义因此，将大学生志愿精神的培养视为大学生素质培养的一个重要方面，加强大学生志愿精神培养的研究显得非常必要本文主要围绕大学生这一群体开展志愿服务情况、大学生志愿精神培养现状和成因以及如何进行大学生志愿精神培养进行分析研究全文包含五个部分：第一部分是绪论，包括本文研究的背景、意义以及主要研究方法；第二部分阐述了志愿精神的概念界定、伦理解读和培养大学生志愿精神的意义；第三部分结合问卷调查和访谈调查研究，对大学生参与志愿服务的情况和大学生志愿精神培养现状进行了全面分析；第四部分主要针对大学生志愿服务和志愿精神培养的现状，从个人、家庭、学校、社会因素这四个方面进行了原因探析；第五部分主要是针对第四部分的原因分析提出了相关的一些建议和对策，以此助力大学生志愿精神培养关键词】大学生志愿服务志愿精神路径探析3AbstractAround us, there is such a group of people called Volunteers who are supporting and helpingothers gratuitously with passion and selfless dedication. They do action to practice with the spirit ofvolunteerism and their mission is volunteer service. Volunteer service as a voluntary, withoutremuneration and participation in social activities, has become an important part of human sociallife, embodies the civilization of society, and to promote human development and social progress.The student volunteers are the backbone of the team of volunteers, have played a very importantrole in various fields. Students Volunteer Service is an effective way to carry out ideological andpolitical education of college students. Volunteer service and college students are both devotees andbeneficiaries in the education process to serve the community, long competence. Research ofcultivation on the spirit of Student Volunteer Service has practical significance. Therefore, thecultivation of the spirit of the Student Volunteer regarded as an important aspect of the Students'Quality Cultivation, strengthen college students volunteer spirit culture is very necessary.This essay is mainly around this group of college students to carry out voluntary service,Students Volunteer spirit culture status and causes, and how to cultivate the spirit of the StudentVolunteer analysis study.
