摘要随着计算机互联网技术和软件技术的发展，分布式应用越来越多，W e b 服务是当前构造分布式应用的标准框架特别是S O A ( 面向服务的体系结构) ，云计算等技术的迅速发展，越来越多的企业和机构以W e b 服务的形式向外提供服务W e b 服务组合就是将分布在网络上的服务，按照一定顺序组织起来，通过他们之间的交互，以实现功能更为复杂的W e b 服务由于W e b 服务丰富多样，大多数研究者着眼于选择合适的W e b 服务以满足用户的Q o S 需求由于在现实经济环境中，服务提供者有自己的经济利益，他们可能通过提供虚假的信息而提高自己的利益本文的出发点就是如何制定服务选择的机制，以激励服务提供者提供自己的真实信息，并且使最终的总体效益最大；另一方面，由于W e b 服务的数量非常大，所以服务选择算法的复杂度不能太高，本文的另一个重要内容就是设计高效的服务选择算法本文主要研究内容包括以下几个方面：1 ) 给出了W e b 服务组合问题机制设计建模，以解决虚假信息问题2 ) 提出了一种基于V C G 机制的W e b 服务选择方案，提出了无Q o S 约束条件下的求解方法，基于贪婪搜索的服务选择算法，和基于遗传算法的服务选择算法，并对算法的运行结果进行比较分析。
