学生会的老师就像这个大家庭里的家长，他(她)们慈爱而又严厉，老师们教会我们做人，教会我们学习，教会我们工作老师对我们的关心与疼爱我们始终看在眼里，记在心里运动员参赛保证书模版　　本人对参加此次赛做以下保证：　　1、 我保证：遵守比赛组委会所有规则和服从一切裁决　　2、 我保证对自己的参赛器材、装备及个人所有物品负有全部责任　　3、我对在连续而激烈的比赛中可能发生的危险已有充分的认识，我保证本人的身体健康状况能够承受本次比赛，并具备近期健康检查证明书　　4、我保证：本人在比赛中因受伤、遭遇意外事故或发生疾病时，对受到的急救处理方法及结果不提出异议　　5、我本人、我的家属、亲戚和保护人已充分理解本次比赛的内容和意义，并认可我本人参赛在比赛之前我已作了人身保险因此，我保证：我自己、亲属及遗嘱执行人、财产继承人，对本人在比赛中或参加由本次比赛委会组织的与比赛有关的活动时，不论什么原因所致的伤、病、亡或出现的后遗症等，不对比赛组委会提出任何起诉所造成的损失由保险公司和本人承担，比赛组委会不再提供因此而造成的损失费　　6、我保证：允许比赛组织者自由使用和制作与比赛有关的我的名字、照片等并承认与本次比赛有关的新闻、广播、电视等商业宣传报道。
