1、JZC350 搅拌机改进设计院 系：工学院专业：机械工程及其自动化年级： 学生姓名： 学号： 导师及职称： 20XX 年 4 月XX学院本科毕业论文（设计）摘要如今广泛应用 jzc200、jzc350 两种混凝土搅拌机。本次设计主要针对jzc350 搅拌机的结构、性能存在的问题进行一定的改动和设计。并根据本机的参数要求全面进行优化，并结合实际工况，完成相关的设计计算分析，利用液压设计手册（软件版 V1.0）的先进设计手段，重新优化了液压系统原理，并对优化后的液压系统在 CQYZ-M/C1 智能化测控液压传动综合试验台上进行验证，取得了预期的成果。其主要内容如下：1 绪论。主要包括选题的目的及意义，JZC350 搅拌机的发展状况。2 JZC350 搅拌机的结构优化。针对现如今搅拌机存在的问题进行改进，达到优化效果。主要解决启动冲击大，滚筒搅拌效率低，滚筒漏浆，制造成本高等问题，优化减速器，利用皮带传动来降低冲击，提高效率，用销连接代替原来的螺钉连接，使滚筒减少漏浆，降低制造成本。3 液压系统工况计算分析。主要包括根据设计任务和要求，对液压系统进行工况分析、负载分析，绘制出速度图和负载图。

2、以及液压缸的结构设计和所需流量的计算。4 拟定液压系统原理图。主要包括液压回路方案的分析和确定，选择所需要的调速方案、速度换接方案、液压泵及液压基本回路，重新综合出优化后的搅拌机液压系统的工作原理图。5 液压元件选择及系统的性能验算。主要内容有液压泵的确定和液压阀及辅助元件的选择。压系统压力损失的验算（沿程压力损失，局部压力损失和总压力损失），最后是系统发热与温升的验算。关键词销连接；皮带传动；液压顶升式；液压系统XX学院本科毕业论文（设计）ABSTRACTNow widely used JZC200, JZC350 two kinds of concrete mixer.
