本文的研究目的是通过梳理洛阳市的产业结构演化进程， 剖析产业结构转型基础存量状况以及与产业空间的适应性， 试图发现一些洛阳市产业结构演进的特殊规律和产业结构的形态特征，探寻其成因和形成路径，为确定洛阳市产业结构转型的内容和方向做一些理论思考和政策建议 本文综合运用了实地调查、统计描述、归纳演绎等方法，主要分析了洛阳市产业结构的演变历程、形态特征和未来转型的目标与路径，也探究了洛阳市产业增长和 GDP 增长的相关关系，产业、空间、区域经济等的相互关联具体内容可分为三部分：序言、正文、总结正文部分可分为 4 章：第一章为国内外研究产业结构转型文献和洛阳市产业结构适应性理论综述；第二章梳理了自建国以来洛阳市产业结构转型的演进历程；第三章浅显的对洛阳市产业结构转型的基础存量进行偏离-份额测度，探究其处在产业结构转型的哪一阶段和接下来的产业结构调整部署； 第四章为洛阳市区产业空间结构与县域空间结构的关联分析，以及将其产业结构转型升级置于整个大区域中的作用分析 主要研究结论： （1）洛阳市产业结构演进的趋势基本符合配第-克拉克定理以及库兹涅兹法则，即洛阳市的第一产业的产值在国民收入的比重中持续不断下降；工业部门国民收入的相对比重在 1965 年上升到 50%以上就保持大体不变并略有上升的态势； 第三产业的国民收入比重在 1988 年上升到 30%左右也保持大体不变或略有上升， 但是与劳动力的相对趋势不同步。

特殊的是，洛阳市第二产业产值比重以及产业的演变速度都和钱纳里的“标准结构”不完全相符，工业化时期将会分多个阶段且会持续很长一段时期 （2）洛阳市的产业结构演进历程符合路径依赖原则，从重工业城市地位确立以来，工业部门就是洛阳市的主导经济部门， “二三一”的结构排序在长时间的产业结构演进中没有发生质的变化， 工业在很长时期内都是洛阳市产业结构的调整核心和经济增长的骨骼经脉 （3）偏离-份额方法测算洛阳市产业结构基础状况的数据显示近五年洛阳市的产业结构调整处在量变阶段，第一产业的优势部门林业符合洛阳市地势特征，可以为II 洛阳市第一产业的工业化、规模化和商品化拓展发展空间；由于资源结构、技术结构、经营方式、基础存量的不同，决定了洛阳市第二产业中的采矿业、制造业、石油化工业等调整转型的重点和方向不同；第三产业中的运输业、信息服务业、旅游业等还有很大的技术上升、规模效益、经济投资空间整体上，洛阳市近期不会发生经济主体的转变，产业结构以及产业结构间的转型还需要经济基础的积奠 （4）洛阳市市区产业空间与县域产业空间的关联性不仅可以拓展市域内的产业发展空间，更大的意义是可以通过产业链将市区与县域的经济紧密连接，全市整体发展，发挥其在全国区域产业转移中的枢纽作用。

关键词：关键词：产业结构；产业结构转型升级；偏离份额法；洛阳市III ABSTRACT According to the empirical data that per capital GDP is more than $3000, Luoyang city began to enter into the critical period of economic structure transformation from about 2007, at the same time, countries around are to upgrade the industrial structure transformation in practice.In the transitional stage, studying the transformation of industrial structure has an important practical significance.The purpose of this study is through the industrial structure of Luoyang City, the evolution process of carding, to analysis of industrial structure transition base and adaptability with the industrial space, then tried to find the morphological characteristics of the special laws and the evolution of the industrial structure in Luoyang city, to explore its causes and forming path, do some theoretical thinking and policy suggestions for the determination the content and direction of industrial structure transformation in Luoyang city. Based on the field investigation, statistical description, induction and deduction methods,This article mainly analyzes the evolution of industrial structure in Luoyang City, the morphological characteristics and the future transformation of the target and path, also explore the relationship of industrial growth and GDP growth in Luoyang, interrelated industry, regional economic space, etc..Specific content can be divided into three parts: the preface, the text and the summary.The body part is also divided into 4 chapters: the first chapter sort out literature and theory review of transformation for domestic and foreign research on industrial structure ; second chapter combs the history of the transformations of industrial structure founded in Luoyang city; third chapter is based on the stock to analysis the transformation of industrial structure of the stage and the adjustment of industrial structure and deployment; the fourth chapter analysis the industrial structure in Luoyang and will analyze its regional role in the urban spatial structure. The main conclusion of the sudy:（1）Luoyang city Industrial structure evolution trend accords with the petty - Clark theorem and the law, namely the first industry in Luoyang city in the output value of the proportion of the national income continued to decline; the relative industrial sector proportion of national income rose to more than 50% from 1965 remain largely unchanged and slightly rising trend ; the tertiary industry proportion of the national income rose to about 30% in 1988 remain largely unchanged or IV slightly increased, but the relative trends and labor are not synchronized.
