学生量化考核加减分制度评分标准八年级组一、 减分标准1、 每科作业要求交齐，每缺一人次扣1分，课代表及时总结；2、 课上纪律，由课代表请示科任老师根据情节轻重扣分，最低1 分，一张黄卡；3、 早午自习，课间迟到，每人次扣1分，由值班同学负责；病事假必须由家长向班主任请假，否则视为旷课，每人次扣1分；4、 间操无故缺席，每人次扣1分，不认真做操、跳绳，由班主任视情节扣分，最低1分；5、 值日生不做卫生，每人次扣1分；随地乱扔杂物（特别是窗外、操场）每人次扣2分；6、 课上准备不充分，如不带书等，每人次扣1分；自习课违纪每人次扣1分；7、 校园内严禁骑自行车，自行车必需放在指定位置，上好锁，违者每人次扣1分；8、 携带、MP3、管制刀具等与学习无关的东西，一旦被老师发现，必须由家长要回，每人次扣5分；9、 课间楼道打斗等违纪行为，每人次扣1分；10、 校服、跳绳每缺一人次减1分 (注：因违纪为班级扣分的同学，建议创造机会，争取加分，否则每为班级减1分，个人考核扣5分)二、 加分标准1、 月考、期中、期末考试，每进步一名，班级、学校各加1分；年级前50名，每人加10分；2、 每周每班评出进步明显的同学2——3名，每人加5分；3、 为班级作出特殊贡献的同学，如演讲比赛获奖等，每人次加10分；4、 班干部、小组长、课代表表现突出的由科任老师和班主任酌情加分，最低5分。
