      本文从选优选钻头的角 度找出适合塔里木山前构造带的钻头序列,为提高机械钻速提供技术支持 本文首先从山前构造的地层和岩性特征入手,讲述了山前构造的概念、山前构造 带的钻井主要难题以及出现这些问题的原因,并用实例简要分析了其岩性变化其次 从钻头的基本特性和适应性出发,分析了常见牙轮钻头和PDC钻头的基本原理和适应 地层,且针对塔里木山前构造地区阐述了该区PDC钻头的使用现状再次本文通过四 种不同的优选钻头方法,分别论述了每种方法的原理并利用各种方法优选出了适合塔 里木山前构造带(库车凹陷乌什地区)的钻头序列利用钻速方程优选钻头时,通过 对该地区依拉2井的钻井井史资料的分析,并结合钻井工作参数求取岩石可钻性参数, 优选出钻头序列采用测井资料优选钻头时,利用了目前发展迅速的测井技术和越来 越能准确反映地层岩石信息的测井资料,计算出岩石力学参数,然后使用这些参数并 结合钻头自身适应性优选出钻头序列运用微钻法优选钻头时,采用地层岩石取芯资 料,在实验室内获得岩石力学参数,结合钻头自身适应性优选出合适的钻头序列在 利用经验法优选钻头时,充分结合该构造地区邻井资料钻头使用效果和现状,通过参 数比对优选出同类地层下使用效果好的钻头序列。

      综合法优选钻头就是综合采取上面 四种方法,然后去除各自优选钻头的缺点,得出适合塔里木山前构造带(乌什地区) 的最优钻头序列 山前构造钻头优选技术能充分提高机械钻速,达到忧快钻井的目的,可以指导山 前构造地区钻井工作 关键字:山前构造;优选钻头;钻速方程;测井;微钻法;钻头序列II Abstract Nowadays, it is one of the difficult problems for drilling in the piedmont area. It is necessary for analyzing complex geology, drilling failure and complicaton to achieve high- efficiency and high-rate drilling in the piedmont area. This paper finds out the bits series suitable for Tarium piedmont area according to the drill bit optimazation as to raise penetration rate. Frist,It discovers the concept of the piedmont area, the main drilling difficulties and the reasons for these problems in this article from the piedmont stratum and lithologic character. It also briefs the changes of lithologic character by the simple example. Secondly It analyze the principle of roller bits and PDC bits from the property and suitability of bits. It illustrates the quo-status of using PDC bits in the Tarim piedmont area. Once again,the article clears out four different ways about selecting bits with their principles and suitability and chooses the suitable sequence of bits for the Tarim piedmont area (the Wu Shi area of kuqa sag). When using the equation of drilling rate to select bits , It utilize the well history dataf in this area(the Yi La second well) to seek drillabilities by using running parameters.At last it chooses the sequence of bits by these formation drillability parameters.When using the information of well logging to select bits, select by the current rapid development in logging technology and increasingly accurate information showing rock strata logging data to calculate the parameters of rock mechanics, and then use these parameters self-adaptive combination of selected drill bit sequence.When using micro-drilling election to select bits, use rock core information and obtain in the laboratory of rock mechanics parameters, At last select the sequence of bits by their bit suitability.When select bits by Experience,It analyzes situation of bits and the in this area and find good bits in the same tape of information. Synthesis method is a combination of drilling election that is four methods, and then remove the shortcomings of their elections to aquire the optimum sequence of bits. The optimization techniques for piedmont area raises the penetration rate to achieve optimal and high drilling penetration,it can guide the drilling process in the piedmont area.
