The statistical methods used in samples analysis include Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Frequency Distribution, Descriptive Statistics, Regression Analysis, T-test, Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe’s Comparison. Therefore, We got the major conclusions as follows:1.It appears negative influence for employees’ role conflict to organizational commitment under matrix organizational structure. 2.It appears positive influence for employees’ role conflict to intent to quit under matrix organizational structure.3.It appears negative influence for employees’ organizational commitment to intent to quit under matrix organizational structure...壹、壹、 研究源起與範疇研究源起與範疇一、矩陣式組織結構之定義一、矩陣式組織結構之定義一般的矩陣式組織結構又稱為多構面組織結構(Multidimensional Organization Structure),其最大特點是能使一群經驗不一、背景不同,但有能力的人在極短時間內,發揮 出綜合功效(陳定國,民 86)。
