      随着永磁无刷直 流电机应用的广泛和深入,噪声成为了制约其发展的突出问题之一本文以永 磁无刷直流电机噪声的解析分析为基础,从理论与实验两个方面研究永磁无刷 直流电机降噪设计方法的相关问题 本文分析了永磁无刷直流电机产生电磁噪声的机理,研究了永磁无刷直流 电机电磁噪声的特点,结合电机模型,运用解析方法分析出电磁噪声主要成份 的频率及幅值,并在 Ansys 中对电机定子模态进行了仿真此外,讨论了轴承 噪声频率与声强的计算方法 以 750W 空调风机用永磁无刷直流电机为例,探讨了降噪设计方法的相关 问题针对采用不同极槽配合、削弱永磁磁场谐波和采用不同永磁材料三种降 噪方法,研究了四套不同的方案,对比了降噪方法的效果,并分析了采用降噪 设计后对电机性能产生的影响另外,从配合尺寸和装配工艺角度讨论了减小 轴承噪声的方法 按照旋转电机噪声测定方法 GB/T 10069.1-2006 测试了四台样机的噪声并 进行了频谱分析验证了本文噪声计算方法的正确性及降噪方法的有效性同 时,通过实验方法研究了控制器对永磁无刷直流电机噪声的影响。

      关键词:无刷直流;噪声;永磁电机;设计 I 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 Abstract Permanent magnet brushless DC motor using permanent magnets excitation, for the use of electronic devices, have the advantage of high efficiency, light weight, simple control, reliability and so on. It has been successfully using in the computer equipment, machinery and equipment, medical equipment, automotive industries and the field of household appliances. With the wider and deeper application of Permanent magnet brushless DC motor, noise has become a constraint to its development, one of the outstanding problems. This paper, based on the calculation of noise of permanent magnet brushless DC motor, study issues of permanent magnet brushless DC motor designing related to noise reduction from both theoretical and experimental. This paper analyzes the BLDCM mechanism of electromagnetic noise, electromagnetic noise characteristics and the calculation of electromagnetic noise. Electric field in the finite element simulation based on the adoption of no-load exciting force, load and vibration characteristics of the stator vibration analysis, the no-load and load has been the main components of the electromagnetic noise of the frequency and amplitude, using the modulus Ansys modal analysis to verify the vibration characteristics of the stator of the correctness of the calculation. In addition, this paper discusses the bearing noise frequency and sound intensity calculation. Taking 750W air blower using permanent magnet brushless DC motor as an example, this paper discusses the design of noise related issues. For different slot with a very weakened harmonic magnetic field of permanent magnet permanent magnet materials and the use of three different noise reduction methods, the design and manufacture of the four sets of different options to study the effect of noise reduction methods, and analysis of the use of noise reduction design after the impact of motor performance.
