      红色标注是联绩加的,帮助说明政策:此局部和以前一样,销售参谋局部不考虑),,2、积分奖励与在册销售参谋配备比例挂钩实际销售参谋的数量如果低于应配备销售参谋数量的80%,那么销售总监和展厅经理当月应发积分按照60%发放〔每月底考核〕〔此处也跟以前一样,不考虑此政策里的配置率计算方法,与以前一样,以网发提供的数据为准〕,,3、销售积分将根据经销商Q3月度零售完成率考核〔此处也跟以前一样,先扣20%〕,经销商月度零售完成率≥90%,积分 x 100%,经销商月度零售完成率<90%,积分 x 80%,2021年Q3销售积分考核规那么,4、将销售服务满意度纳入考核体系,(此处7月份数据暂不考虑,直接全部按照系数为1处理),,自2010年下半年起,在销售积分奖励方案中增加销售满意度系数:,,某销售顾问当月积分 = 该销售顾问当月可获积分 * 该销售顾问当月销售满意度系数A,,展厅经理(销售总监…)当月积分 = 该展厅经理(销售总监…)当月可获积分 * 该经销商当月销售满意度系数B,注:1、应配备销售参谋数量=经销商当月实际零售数/8〔此条不考虑,以网发给的数据为准〕,,2、实际销售参谋数量以ADS系统为准(此处要注意:此次提供的销量中,标注销售类型是大客户的数据,需要全部剔除,不算积分的!此局部大客户的数据请保存,这局部大客户数据包含两局部,有效地大客户销量和有待斟酌的大客户销量,稍后会给您一份有效地大客户的销量,关键客户经理的积分,计算的时候,需要根据那个做的。

      连续两个月无销售记录,取消积分奖励资格,之前累计积分清零
