6页Book5 Unit5 Lesson 25: Let’s Do an Experiment教学设计 南京路初中 朱亚珍一、教材分析本课是冀教版九年级第五单元Look into Science(研究科学)的第一课整个单元以“科学研究”为话题进行展开,而Lesson 25:Let’s Do an Experiment围绕一项实验,证明了什么是科学的结论,学生通过关注科学和研究科学,在认识自然现象和学习科学知识的过程中,培养科学探究精神和严谨的科学态度,保持学习自然科学的兴趣二、教学目标1. 知识与技能: (1)能正确理解运用 correct, method, force, be sure, fill...with ,cover...with , turn...upside down 等单词及短语的用法 (2).了解词汇及短语: experiment, jar, upside, pour, scientific, raincoat, pressure, conclude(3). 能够边做边用英语描述本课的实验。
4). 学会依据实验,辨别是非2.过程与方法: 学生自学单词并熟读课文,然后自己总结知识要点,通过做实验、小组讨论、教师点拨等掌握本课内容3.情感态度与价值观: 通过做实验,培养学生严谨的科学态度三、教学重点1.重点为(correct, method, force)及短语(be sure, fill...with ,cover...with , turn...upside down)2.学习运用定语从句拟通过听、读、自主学习、动手做实验及课堂练习来突出重点,并以合作探究来掌握新知识四、教学难点用英语表达如何做本课的实验拟通过教师示范点拨,学生操作,及时练习来突破难点五、教学资源1.Real objects :广口瓶,硬纸板用于做实验,直观形象 2.Powerpoint: 用于展示新知,便于理解;扩大信息容量,拓宽视野,进一步理解并接受新知3.Audiotape: 纠正发音,练习听力时使用六.学情分析所任教的班级有46名学生,45%学生学习成绩优秀和良好,成绩较差的有10多个同学不过大部分同学的学习积极性还是比较高的,能自觉地完成学习任务但有三分之一的学生学习习惯有待改进学生的两极分化现象比较严重。
老师应该进一步的努力,采取合理的措施,控制这种现象的扩大尽量的不使任何一名学生掉队,使他们都有自己的收获七、教学方法:采用以问题为依托,学生自主学习、小组合作探究式、动手做实验、教师点拨等方法八、学法指导:通过自主学习、小组内互帮互学、大声朗读、动手实验、做好课堂笔记、完成课堂练习、及时总结等方法学习掌握新知九、教学步骤Step 1.
