I’ll prepare to say the lesson from parts. 一、Analysis of teaching material 二、 Teaching methods and studying ways 三、Teaching procedures.四、and blackboard designPart One::Analysis of the Teaching Material 1.Status and functionThis is an important unit in Book .From this lesson, it starts asking the Ss to grasp contents of each section. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Such a topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their communicative/ reading ability and spoken English. 2.Analysis of the studentsThe Ss have learned English for about so far. They can understand some words and some simple sentences. The Ss have taken a great interest in English now. 3.Teaching aims and demands (1).knowledge aims a. Enable the Ss to remember the following new words b.To enable the Ss to be polite and love life. 4.teaching important points a. New words and phrases b. Sentence pattern: c. Improve their listening and speaking skills. d. Talking about 5. teaching difficult points Develop their communicative ability. Act out their own conversation. 6. teaching aids (multi-media computer, powerpoint and so on) Part two: Teaching methods 1. Communicative teaching method 2. “Task-based” teaching method Part Three :Learning methods 1. Teach Ss how to be successful language learners. 2. Get the Ss to form good learning habits. Part Four Teaching ProceduresI’ll finish this lesson in steps. Step 1. Warm-up and previewRevise the sentences learnt last class by chanting or other ways.Free talk between T and Ss .Step2. Presentation This course is very important. I’ll mainly talk about this step. First,I will show the new words on the screen to the Ss.Ask a student to read,then other students follow him/her. Read ,then correct the pronunciations and learn them. Make sure they can read them well.Have dictation. Second,learn more description words.I will guide the Ss to do this part and then check their answers.After this ask them to use the description words to make some conversations.Practice in pairs. Third,Listen to the tape twice and check answers.Listen again , change and correct. Fourth,listen and read without looking at the books. Pay attention to the pronunciations.Ask them to practice in pairs and act it out. Last,After this talk about the chart in pairs. Task I:Pair /Group work:Make a survey in groups,then make a report. Show the report to the whole classTask II:Writing. Write down your report on the paper.I’ll ask two Ss to write these sentences on the Bb .Then check their handwriting, correct their mistakes. Find out who will write well and whose handwriting is better.Step 3:Exx:Ask the Ss to finish their workbook to check the knowledge Ss have learned in this lesson. Step 4:SummaryGo through what Ss have learnt this class.Step 5: Homework:I think homework is so important that the Ss should speak English as much as they can in class or after class. It is necessary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after class to consolidate the knowledge they learned.So I design their homework: (1)Recite the words as many as possible after class.
