Hazardous identification危害信息Health threatens: workplace full of dust and smoke will cause huge damage on human body. and metal material will also cause damage on human blood or maybe cancer. So need to keep the material in the place with good ventilation. And avoid contacting with eye,skin or other cloth directly. Also shall wear protective glasses and dress to keep body from damage. However, shall clean clearly.健康危害效应：处于灰尘及烟熏状态会对人体造成很大的伤害，金属物质会对人的血液造成影响，甚至会引发癌症，所以需要将物体置放在通风良好的地方，避免与人体眼睛，皮肤或是衣物直接接触。

必要接触时，应该佩戴眼镜，保护服并且在接触后清洗干净Environment effects: None环境影响：无Physical and chemical hazards: None物理性及其化学性危害：无Special hazards: None特殊危害：无Material hazardous classification: metal dust or smoke will cause skin and eye damage,and also do harm to human lung, however metal alloy won’t cause damage on human itself.物品危害分类：金属粉尘及烟尘将对皮肤，眼睛造成刺激性并对肺部产生毒性，但是金属合金本身不具备危害性IDLH hazardous classification: NIOSH IDLH(3/1/95)concentration Cu dust and smoke with Pb:100mg/mFeo dust and smokd:2500 mg/m Zno 500mg/mHazardous materials identification system(HMIS)Serious SymptomEye: dust and smoke will cause irritation on eyes, and bring about pain and red and swollen. If long time exposed on this atmosphere, will cause eye conjunctivitis。

眼睛：灰尘和烟雾会对眼睛带来刺激，导致疼痛红肿，长时间暴露在该环境下，会导致结膜炎 Skin: this material can’t penetrate into the skin, but when contact with the dust directly ,will also cause slight red and swollen.皮肤：该物料不会直接渗透皮肤，但是直接接触还是会有轻微红肿Inhaling: it will cause great damage on human body when inhaling, high concentration dust and smoke will cause hard to breathe, cough, and also make sick and stomachache. Metallic smoke will cause flu- like, and make person hard to breathe, cough, split out, headache, cold, hot, pain,weak,sleepy, and sweaty, this will last 24 hours or may be longer.吸入：吸入会对人体造成伤害，高浓度的灰尘和烟雾会造成呼吸困难，咳嗽，导致胃痛或是恶心。

金属烟雾会导致流感，产生呼吸困难，咳嗽，呕吐，头痛，发冷，发热，疼痛，虚弱，嗜睡，多汗，症状会持续24小时或是更长时间Eat: when people eat them will make sick食用：食用导致人恶心Potential affection: skin exposed such environment for long time will cause severe irritation or dermatitis. However, Pb also cause human organ damage and human nerve damage.潜在慢性影响：长时间皮肤暴露会造成严重刺激，或是皮肤炎然而，铅会造成器官受损4.First aids急救措施Different first aids intend for different exposed ways不同暴露途径之急救方法Inhalation: Need to move into the place with good ventilation and keep warm with cloth, severe patient shall be send into the hospital.吸入：送至通风良好阴凉处休息，以布保暖，严重者应该立即送到医院Skin contact: wash with running water, if skin have been irritate, then need go to hospital for further treatment皮肤接触：使用清水清洗即可，如果皮肤受到刺激，应该送医院。

Eye contact: wash eye part with running water at least 15 minutes, if still have irritation ,then go to hospital for further treatment眼睛接触：以大量清水冲洗眼睛部分，若眼睛被刺激不适者，立即送医检查 Ingestion：drink lots of water for split out then go to hospital for further treatment食入：大量喝水催吐，送医院检查Tips for doctor: There is no deoxicant for this, need to be taken care, and provide treatment timely.对医生提示：无特殊解毒剂使用，必须不同症状给予适当治疗5.Fire-Protection measurement消防措施Applicable fire extinguishment: sands, powder, salt适用灭火剂：干沙，粉末，食盐将熄灭Special danger during firefighting: none灭火时可能遭遇特殊危害：无Special fire extinguishment note: None特殊灭火程式：无Special protective equipment for firefighters: firefighters shall wear chemical protective cloth and breath equipment from head to foot, and at the upwind to put out the fire.消防人员的特殊防护设备：消防人员必须佩戴全身式化学防护衣及呼吸设备，在上风向灭火Explosion: need pay attention to the dust may cause explosion爆炸：注意粉尘可能导致爆炸6. Leakage emergency treatment泄露应急处理Personal attentions: This material may cause dust during manufacturing, and cause explosion. Need to keep the material away from fire or other flammable materials, and keep them in the place with good ventilation and low down and concentration.个人应注意事项：该物料在制程加工中产生粉尘，需将火源移除，放置在通风良好地方并降低浓度。

7.Handling and storage安全处置与储存方法Handling: need to take care of finger cut during material useWear glasses or other protective equipment when material cutting. Dust shall be controlled and limit to leak into the airNeed to be care when material package or transport.处置：产品切割时，应该小心取用切割加工时，产生粉尘应小心眼睛，皮肤，需佩戴保护设备灰尘应该避免泄露至空气中打包产品时，应避免受伤Storage: shall store at the place with good ventilation and keep away 。
