Ltd. applies to micro series of oxidized gold ore. It is better than sodium cyanide in the production of micro-grained golds with many advantages. It dissolves gold well, and is environmentally friendly, innoxious, stable, rapidly recyclable, convenient to store and transport with low costs. Concerning the above, it may help to achieve a green mine and environmentally friendly gold extraction.一、 产品适用范围:适用于微系列含金氧化矿堆浸、池浸、碳浆工艺生产;与氯化钠使用 流程相同。

      I .Application Range: The product is appropriate for heap and pool leaching as well as carbon paste production of micro series of oxidized gold ore. Its use process is same as sodium cyanide.二、 产品形态:固体块状或粉状,用流动的水冲溶或在水中搅拌完全溶解后使用;II・ Forms: solid block or powder; it can be applied after thorough dissolving in flowing water or stirred water.三、 产品使用方法III. Application Instructions1、•调节碱度1 • Basicity Adj usting碱度PH在9~13之间均可使用,原矿进池或上堆后,先冋水调节碱度PH使其达最 佳值11.3当PH小于10时,加石灰水或烧碱(尽昴少用烧碱)到调药池PH大于12时, 虽然不影响浸出,但活性炭难捕捉黄金。

Calculation of the Concentration of Dissolved Gold and Addition of the Agent 一般情况下,池浸时,溶药浓度为1.0〜1.2%堆淋(堆场喷淋)时,溶药浓度为0.6〜1.0%°不同矿石所需浓度齐不相同,需通过实验确认垠佳浓度值水池浸泡法(池浸)和堆场喷淋 法(堆淋)加药计算方法相同,不同之处在于选収给药浓度值大小的不同。

      加药计算公式如下:Generally, the concentration of dissolved agent is 1.0〜1.2%° whiling pool leaching; 0.6〜1.0%o while heap leaching (heap spray). Each ore requires different concentration, and the ideal one requires experiments. The calculation method ofagent addition concerning pool leaching and and heap spray is same. They differ in the selection of concentration value of the agent.设应给药浓度为Pi%0 (具体数值山试验确定);药池中淸水(或贫液)体积为V, 单位为立方米,贫液浓度为卩2%0;应加药量为G,单位为公斤,则Set Pl%c (specific value depends on experiments) as required agent concentration; V as clean water (or barren liquid) volume in the pool, and its unit is cubic meter, concentration is P2%o; G as required agent amount, and its unit is kilogram. Thus,1000V* (Pi%o+pl%o*P2%o-p2%o)G二 (公斤)(l-Pl%0)1000V* (Pi%o+pl%o*P2%"p2%。

After two-hour soap, discharge the liquid, check and adjust PH and agent concentration. Add limewater or a small amount of caustic soda if PH is lower than required. Adjust the concentration of dissolved agent to proper value (based on experiments). After thorough dissolving of the agent, pump the liquid back to the ore pool for six-hour soap before applying carbon.⑵堆场喷淋法:调好的药水经水泵喷淋矿堆,过5个小时冋水循环后,调节检测PH,并控 制药品的浓度为最佳值±0」,当对化验出金含最达每立方水有0.5克以上即可过炭。

      2) Heap Spray: Spray the prepared liquid to the ore heap. After five-hour closed-circuit water circulation, adjust and test PH, and limit the error of agent concentration w让hin 0.1 compared with the ideal value. If the gold in the test reaches 0.5 g per cubic meter of the liquid, apply the carbon.注意:应对所浸出矿物进行小型实验后确定该矿适宜的最佳出金的碱度值及药浓度值, 针对性下药浸金效果更好Attention: The ideal PH and agent concentration for the best gold extraction from certain ore require small experiments on the leached ore. Targeted agent application would leach gold better.四、产品浓度检测方法IV. Test Method of Product Concentration环保选矿剂浓度检测方法区别于氯化法帘用的氯根浓度检测,具休检测方法如下:The test method of environmentally friendly dressing agent differs from test of chloride ion concentration frequently in chlorination method. The specific former method is as follows:1、指示剂(红):取500ML丙酮溶液在1OOOML的溶具中,加入一小瓶红样试剂,搅拌 完全溶解后装入棕色玻璃瓶内加盖待用。

      1. Indicator (red): put 500ML of acetone solution into a 1 OOOML container. Then add into a small bottle of red sample indicator. Stir it until it is completely dissolved. Next, pour it into。
