货物装运前一个月，买方应由上海中国银行开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤销的信用证，凭本合同第13条甲项规定的装运单据交到上海(银行)后付款乙、托收付款：货物装运后，卖方应将以买方为付款人的汇票连同本合同第13条甲项所列各种装运单据，通过卖方银行寄交买方银行即上海中国银行转交买方，并托收货款丙、信汇付款：买方收到本合同第13条甲项所列单据后，应于天内信汇祭款A.
