Well, ladies and gentlemen, are we carrying out another round of talk over the dinner?怎么样，女士们先生们，难道我们在晚宴上还要谈判吗？Well= come on 好啊，得了今天不谈生意，我建议今晚我们只叙友情，当然，我们要尽情享受大自然赐予我们的食物No more business talks today. I propose we limit our talk to friendship tonight. And of course, we will enjoy the foods that Mother Nature grants us to our heart’s content.What are expecting tonight?今晚我们有什么好吃的？Eat in Shanghai as Shanghai people eat. 在上海就应该吃上海菜；入乡随俗Do in Rome as the Romans do. 入乡随俗四大菜系Four major Chinese cuisines: Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine and Yangzhou cuisine四大菜系的口味和特点可以用八个字来概括，即“南淡北咸，东甜西辣〞 The flavor and characteristic of China’s four major cuisines can be summed up in the following expression: “The light southern cuisine, and the salty northern cuisine; the sweet eastern cuisine, and the spicy western cuisine〞上海菜是中国最年轻的地方菜系，通常被称为“本帮菜〞，有着400多年的历史。

Shanghai cuisine, usually called Benbang cuisine, is the youngest among the regional cuisines in China, with a history of more than 400 years. 同中国其他菜系一样，“本帮菜〞具有“色香味〞三大要素，特点是注重调料的使用、食物的质地和菜的原汁原味Like all other Chinese regional cuisines, Benbang cuisine has three essential elements, namely “color, aroma and taste〞. It features the expert use of seasonings, the texture of ingredients/ raw materials and original flavors. It sounds very appetizing. 听来很能引起食欲开胃菜 appetizer Arouse/spoil one’s appetiteloss of appetite 食欲不振 good appetite 很好的胃；poor appetite 食欲不振 我推荐一道特色点心“南翔小笼〞和一道特色菜“松鼠鲑鱼〞。

I’d like to recommend a special snack known as Nanxiang steamed meat dumplings and a special dish called “Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish〞.“南翔小笼〞是猪肉馅，个小味美，皮薄汁醇Nanxiang Soup dumplings are stuffed with minced pork, with/featuring small size, thin skin, rich tasty soup.松鼠鲑鱼色泽黄亮，形如松鼠，外皮脆而内肉嫩，汤汁酸甜适口The squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish is yellow-colored and squirrel-shaped with a crispy skin and tender meat, all covered with a sweet and sour sauce.简单版本：Yellow in color and looks like …绝对没错，你一定喜欢They are absolutely gourmet’s choice. /it is absolute tasty.
