If there no water,there would be no life existence. Water is like a great gentle mother who gives us life, so we should protect water resources to show how much we love it! Although about three-quarters of the global area is covered with water, only one percent can be used. Lack of freshwater resources is a common problem in the world. One of the reasons is that the global freshwater resources have a uneven distribution. And the other reason is wasting water. China is one of the most water-short countries in the world. It has less than 1/4 of the world average water. By this token,we all can see how important the freshwater resources are for us. According to statistics, there are about two-thirds of the urban cities on a national scale that don’t have enough water to use. In the area of Loess plateau, the water consumption per capita only has about 23 liters. What an appalling number it is！ But in our daily life, we can see the scene of wasting water everywhere. We usually see the tap running water but nobody turns it off. And the water pollution in our life is also a common behavior. People always use excess laundry soap to wash clothes, and it always makes pollution. Today the water resources are more and more important. In order to make the last drop of earths water is not our tears, let’s take actions,use our practical action to save water! Saving water means saving our life! Coming back home,i thought myself deeply.I researched some information on the internet and found there are so many mountain area lacking water in China.When we pour the water casually,they have to save it by reusing it. It’s just a cup of water to us,but it means much more to them.Showing sympathy with them is not enoug h,we could do something to help them. Even stoping water from running when we wash our teeth can make a difference. 地球之所以形成生命，一个重要缘由就是由于地球上有丰富的水资源水是生命之源，水是生命的摇篮 水 是生命之源，人体重量的60%是水，血液中的90%是水，我们每人每天需要两公斤的水才能维持生命可以说，假如没有水，人类将无法生存 同学们，烈日炎炎的夏天，当你拧开水龙头舒舒适服地冲澡时，你们知道吗？你洗澡所用的.水是缺水地区几十人的日用水量；当马虎的你没有拧紧水龙头，任凭它“一江春水向东流”的时候，它一个晚上流失的水，相当于缺水地区一个村庄居民的日用水量……这些事例决不是危言耸听，而是联合国有关机构多年调查得来的结论 节水，已成为当务之急今年1月份，省委书记夏宝龙爷爷向全省人民提出了“五水共治”的号召其中有一条，就是“抓节水” 或许你会问，我们才是学校生呀，节省水资源，我们可以做些什 么呢？告知你吧，我们可以做的，有许很多多！ 一方面，我们要多多宣扬，让更多的人熟悉到节水的重要性，加入到节水的队伍中来首先，我们可以收集节水的资料，刊印成宣扬单或倡议书，在学校、社区里散发；其次，我们可以动手制作节水的宣扬海报或是宣扬标语，贴在学校、社区的宣扬窗里，引起人们的关注；再次，我们可以排演一些和节水有关的节目，相声、小品、情景剧，在学校、社区里表演，让节水的意识深化人心。

当然，节省水资源不能光靠宣扬，我们还需要有实际的行动下面我给大家推举几个节水小窍门，你将发觉，节水只是我们的举手之劳首先，一水多用如洗脸水用后可以洗脚，养鱼的水可以用来浇花，淘米水可以用来洗碗筷；其次，收集废水家中预备一个收集废水的大桶，收集洗衣、洗菜后的家庭废水冲厕所，拖地；还有，树立良好的生活习惯刷牙、取洗手液、抹肥皂时要准时关掉水龙头；正在用水时，如需开门、接应准时关水等等 同学们，“黄金有价水无价”为了我们自身的健康，为了子孙后代的幸福安静，为了人类今后的生存和进展，让我们携手行动起来吧! 从现在做起、从自身做起，从点滴做起，爱护我们赖以生存的水资源，做一个惜水如金的“环保小公民”，我们将来的家园才能更加美妙 我的演讲完了，感谢大家! 。
