作为企业安全文化的核心元素，对“安全能够创造经济效益”的研究，在促进企业安全生产工作、预防企业财产损失、员工职业健康安全的同时，也为企业安全文化培训学习提供了理论基础，有助于企业安全状况的提高和安全形象的树立关键词：安全，经济效益，方式研究AbstractStudy on mechanism research of economic benefit created by safety for enhancing the cognizance of safety culture by the ways of document analysis, compare analysis, theoretical study and cases analysis combination, Qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis combination. First of all, the paper found the positive and prompting effect of corporate safety by analyzing the corporate social responsibility, employment satisfaction, the factors of human choosing career and the effect that they work. Secondly, the paper summarizes the employment injury insurance and accident loss which relate to financial affairs, and indicates that accident protection can create derogation performance. At last the author educes that safety can enhance competitiveness of the corporate by traditional derogation financial performance and different inspects such as commodity otherness, human resource, efficiency of production, competitiveness of market, affection of polity, etc. Contraposing research of the paper, the author elicits means of improving status of corporate safety in terms of enhancing financial performance.
