这样有利于促进当今的经济发展，从而推动我国整体经济的进步，与世界接轨避免了弄虚作假、暗箱操作的可能，对各个公司互相竞争、选择最优起到了关键性的作用为了社会主义市场经济的发展需要，工程量清单计价是必不可缺的计价模式本毕业设计以《大连锦绣华城五期一组团投标报价》为课题，以《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》为依据，并与企业定额、当地市场价格信息或项目成本管理组织发布的项目成本信息以及相关部门的条例结合起来，进行合理的投标报价采用《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2013)中清单计价规范进行投标报价的编制根据招标工程量中的所给出的清单，对其进行复核，然后对工程量清单组价根据当地市场价格对人工、材料、机械进行取费调整在实习期间，我将在课堂所学的知识应用到实践工作中，如根据工程量清单对工程费进行计算，并根据这些内容编制投标报价单针对于不同的企业环境，投标报价方式及技巧也会进行有针对性的设置，该课题通过对方式和技巧的深入探讨研究，满足了投标企业适用于不同的硬性的环境需求，来增强其投标竞争力，以获取更大的经济收益大连锦绣华城五期一组团土建工程总投标报价为74895655.6元，建筑面积78611.09平方米。

Through in-depth research on the methods and techniques， this subject meets the bidding enterprises' requirements for different rigid environments， so as to enhance their bidding competitiveness and obtain greater economic benefits.The total bidding price for the first group civil engineering project of the fifth phase of dalian jinxiu huacheng was 74895655.6 yuan， with a construction area of 78611.09 square meters. Key words: bidding quotation； Bill pricing； Check the bill of quantities 引 言我国自改革开放以来，随着经济的逐步发展，科技方面也取得了极大的成就，越来越宏伟壮观的工程在不同城市建立起来，自我国古代开始就有长城和故宫等一系列瑰丽的建筑，如今，上海的东方明珠、北京的鸟巢、水立方、还有今年刚刚建成的大兴机场等都成了我国的标志性建筑。

这些建筑案例无不体现着我国工程建筑行业在发展过程中的变化，再各个方面都有历史性的突破从艺术层面来说，这些建筑物不但是钢筋混凝土的简单构造，而是一个个被精细打磨过的艺术品，在如此的建筑大环境下，造型独特的建筑案例更是层出不穷那么就会随之带来更加激烈的竞争压力，因此在各个建筑企业争取到有利的工程项目就显得尤为重要，而有效的招投标就成了最重要方式因此目前建筑行业尤为关注的焦点就成为了以哪种方式对招投标的报价进行选择性的竞争，使得其更有针对性作为项目决策的依据的工程造价，不仅控制着投资，同时也是作为投资计划的重要评估条件，更是建设金额筹备的重要指标，也是对投资效果进行评选的重要依据，除此之外也经常涉及到利益的分配以及产业结构的调整方式在建筑施工上流传着一句话“干的好不如管的好，管得好不如算得好”所以由此可见，工程造价是非常重要的本次设计是以大连锦绣华城五期一组团的施工图纸为依据，通过识读图纸、工程量核算、计算价格在将所学理论知识应用到实践的过程中，深刻理解了对于一个项目来说，招投标工作有多么的重要，在此过程中将理论与实践相结合，不仅巩固了所学知识，还提高了综合应用能力，以及独立思考并完成一项工作的能力。

通过系统的培训，增强了自我现场实操作十五能力；通过编写毕业设计从而增强了我们的学术理论和实际操作能力；通过广联BIM土建软件，能够让我们系统的了解土建方面的知识也能增强我们对计算机软件的应用工程造价专业，对于工程项目来说是复杂且严谨的，本学科专业对实际工程的实践经验要求极高，对于我们来说，毕业设计的撰写，为我们正式步入社会、进入工作岗位打下坚实的基础本次毕业设计，是我们对本次历时一年的社会实习活动的总结，是我们这四年来对工程造价这一专业的概括，是我们这四年来对我们所学知识的融汇于贯通，是在我们步入社会之前老师给予我们的最后一次帮助我们应对本次的毕业设计给予高德的重视在实习期间，我们主要着重通过对实际工程进行工程算量，编制投标报价，使我们在工作的。
