XX市XX区市政工程管理处主城区排水设施现状分析目 录1、主城区排水设施现状分析2、XX区主城区下水道现状统计表XX区主城区排水设施现状分析XX地处XX市的腹心，位于长江、乌江交汇处河谷地带区内以丘陵为主，间有峡谷，地势崎岖，起伏较大，河流纵横XX城区地势为单面坡，整个城区地表起伏大，坡度陡，形成多条冲沟，水系发达，河溪湍急，主城区排水呈“鸡爪”形分布 XX区主城区排水设施目前存在较多隐患，我区排水设施均已建成多年，由于历史原因，排水设施建设标准低，设计断面小，检查井少，设施严重老化，大都超期超限使用虽经一系列的维护和改造，情况有一定的改善，但是 一、城区排水涵洞，我区有特大型涵洞3条，大型涵洞10条，中型涵洞12条，小型涵洞15条均为2000年以前建设老式涵洞建设标准低，年久老化，隐患多，问题大 1、顺江涵洞 顺江涵洞全长约2000米，断面尺寸为150CM宽×200CM高，属于我区的特大型涵洞排水走向为：涪蒿路油库旁→顺江移民房（即顺江花园）→荒湾→兴华东路→变压器厂→流入乌江荒湾至乌江段建于1986年，顺江移民房至荒湾段建于1998年，油库至顺江移民房段建于2000年。

该涵洞全线底板及侧墙严重老化，部分侧墙悬空、底板损毁荒湾至乌江段建于上个世纪80年代，已无法适应现在的需要，过水断面严重不足，加之排水公司象征性截流，导致涵洞淤积严重，有害气体浓度非常高，目前最窄处断面尺寸仅为80CM宽×100CM高安全形势不容乐观 2、三号涵洞 三号涵洞全长约3000米，属于我区的特大型涵洞该涵洞分为两段：一段建于2000年，长约700米，断面尺寸为150CM宽×150CM高，排水走向为：三湾大塘→四环路→化工公司→电力集团小区二段始建于1984年，长约2300米，断面尺寸为200CM宽×200CM高，排水走向为：电力集团小区→体育场→兴华中路→中医院→煤炭大厦→中心医院外侧→城市广场→南门山街心花园→新纪元百货→大桥居委会→灌溪沟→流入乌江 该涵洞地处人口密集区，排水压力大全线底板及侧墙严重老化，部分侧墙悬空、底板损毁2006年对部分严重隐患（化工公司段、中心医院外侧段）进行整治，设施安全状况有所好转，但老化问题未能根本解决清淤任务仍十分艰巨化工公司段封闭后，全线检查井过少，有害、易燃易暴气体浓度不断升高，已逐渐形成新的隐患 3、十四号涵洞 十四号涵洞全长约1350米，断面尺寸为150CM宽×200CM高，属于我区的特大型涵洞。

排水走向为：四环路→海饴天广场→兴华西路→翔正丽都→二水厂外侧→红光桥→流入长江 该涵洞沿线的人口相对比较少，承担的排水压力轻，目前运行正常但全线检查井稀少，而且检查井不规范，存在一定的隐患随着该段人口迅速增长，检查井稀少将逐渐成为大的隐患 4、其他排水设施 全城小涵洞、支沟及道路边沟，均为条石沟断面尺寸小，检查井设置少，堵塞情况不明，清淤难度大全城小涵洞、支沟均是贯穿各居民密集点，安全隐患多 长防大堤沿线小涵洞、支沟及道路边沟受到不同程度的破坏，大部分无法正常运行鉴于以上存在安全隐患的问题，我处多次拟报整治方案和投资概算，但都因为资金不足而搁浅我们恳请上级部门及时安排资金对存在安全隐患的排水设施进行整治，城区排水设施安全隐患整治费用约需600万元，如需要彻底消除安全隐患约需整治费用1863万元详见附表）二、长防大堤沿线主要边沟断头1、在歪角至涪南路边沟污水，断面尺寸50cm*60cm，该段边沟是涪南路沿线的污水水量较大，但在长防大堤处没有口子进入排水管涵，至使边沟污水四溢2、在红光桥大修厂路口边沟，断面尺寸40cm*60cm，该段边沟是建设路至大修厂沿线污水，水量较大，由于长防大堤回填土方，堵塞了原涵洞，使污水无处可流。
