新课改下的高中英语课堂教学探索教学内容：人教课标必修五Unit 4 Making the news,Using Language (Reading, speaking and writing) 第一课时教材重组：从整个单元来分析，将Using Language (Reading, speaking and writing)整合在一起，上一节“阅读和写 作课”教学目标：1. 通过对Reading部分的学习，让学生掌握相关单 词、短语和句式结构此外，还让学生了解“新闻” 报道的写作步骤和见报前的有关程序2•通过对Writing的学习，学生学习新闻的要点及 运用有关交际功能“约会”的习惯用语3.通过对本节课的学习，发展学生的合作学习能 力及培养说的能力教学重难点：1. 让学生了解“新闻”报道的写作步骤和见报前 的有关程序2 •让学生学习一些词汇3.让学生提升写作能力教学过程设计：Step 1 Lead-in (3 minutes):Show some pictures to talk about newspaper and news.And ask the students to answer the following questi ons：l.Do you read newspaper every day?2・Do you notice what happened recently that shakes our life?设计目的：通过欣赏爆炸式新闻和热门话题，激 发学生的兴趣，用问题的回答引入话题，实现教学内 容的“软着陆”，这是对教材内容的补充。

高中英语课 程标准要求“在使用教材的过程中，教师可以根据需 要对教材内容进行适当的补充，以使教材的内容更符 合学生的需要和贴近学生的实际生活”Step 2 Skimming (4 minutes)：Ask the students to skim the article and thenanswer some questions.1. What was Zhou Yang? s first task?2. How many people saw his story before it was set on the newspaper?3. Who are they? What do they do?设计目的：通过快速阅读，让学生抓住一些关键 信息，对文章有一个大致的了解高中英语课程标准 要求“高中英语课程要特别注重培养学生用英语获取 信息、处理信息和传达信息的能力，分析问题解决问 题的能力，以及用英语进行思维和表达的能力”阅读 并回答问题，正是实现这一要求的关键Step 3 Listening and reading (15 minutes)：Play the tape for the students.Guide the students to have a better un d erst a nding of the passage ・Task 1： Listen to the tape and read thearticle.Discuss the exercises and try to fill in the blanks according to the key words.设计目的：通过读后练习，学生迅速抓住课文的 要点和结构，有助于学生对主旨大意的归纳。

根据学 习者的心理特征，利用关键词，可以帮助他们尽快地 理解所学语言”分组讨论并加上评比制度，学生积极 性会更高，同时加强他们的合作意识在任务完成时， 学生不但掌握了课文内容，了解了很多课外知识，更 重要的是学生的各种能力得到了提高，从而达到了英 语教学的目的Task 2： Discussion： Sum up the general idea of the passage.设计目的：主旨大意的归纳既培养了学生的归纳 能力，又有助于把握全文结构框架这一环节运用了 “认知发展论”中的“信息加工论”演绎归纳过程是 一个思维过程，“我们不仅要理解学生得出的答案，还 要理解他们是怎样得出这些答案的”在这个环节中, 要让学生解释他们是怎样的到答案的Step 4 Writing：1. Practice (5 minutes)Guide the students to practice one-sentence news, pay attention to the six questions (who, what, how, when, where, why) and ask them to act the news out.A man was injured seriously at about 7am on the 101 Road? due to heavy fog・设计目的：一句式新闻的训练，让学生轻松掌握 了新闻的特点，积极调动了广大学生的参与性。

2, Writing (10 minutes)Give the students sample wriUng about an appointment on Ex 5 page 31.设计目的：仿照写作模板来训练写作，不仅降低 了写作难度，还减轻了学生的学习焦虑，帮助绝大部 分学生对学习内容的掌握并进行再创造Step 5 Summary and evaluation (2 minutes)：Ask the students to summarize what they have learned to make a self-evaluation.设计目的：着重每节课学生的总结和自我评价Step 6 Homework (1 minutes)：Make up an interview with your editor to talk about getting the scoop・设计目的：本环节主要是让学生对所学知识进行 巩固和加深，同时为下一步的学习做好准备。
